So pleased that I've found this little gem upon my doorstep! I needed to find a new salon to get my highlights done after many months of my current salon letting me down. Booking was so simple, all online. I went in and showed Shimi what I wanted and she did a hell of a job! I am so so soooo pleased with the result of my highlights, she exceeded my expectations. She even went above and beyond and gave me a couple of Kerastase purple shampoo sachets to send me on my way as I was a new client and helped me out with parking when my metre had run out! The other girls were wonderful too, especially Maisie. I 100% recommend Shimi's rather than all of the big high street salons.

Shimi is an amazing hairdresser. She really takes time to understand your hair and how to get the best style to suit both the texture of your hair and your face frame. Very friendly salon, and I would say the best in Surbiton.

After trying salons from Epsom to Chiswick for my twice yearly keratin and cut, I was astounded to realise how good this salon is! Run by Shimi for 20 years now, it offers a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. Shimi herself is always there and has the most incredible memory for names, faces and hair types. They make a gorgeous coffee, too! Who wouldn’t want their hair taken care of by a long-standing team of lovely people all working under the watchful eye of a lady who’s owned a successful salon for 20 years?!
