I had a million dollar facial done by Emmy and not only was it a relaxing, peaceful appointment but my skin felt the best it has ever felt! After suffering with my skin for a long time, I felt confident and glowing after my facial! Emmy was so kind, welcoming and professional, I felt instantly comfortable and relaxed in such a gorgeous environment! Can’t wait to come back.

I have been having my eyelashes done by the team for many years. I would never go anywhere else, such a friendly salon where you feel very comfortable and welcome. I get many compliments on my eyelashes and they last well.

Has waxing last week with Aimee. I have been to many places and came across this salon and though let me try. Wow! I haven’t had such a professional therapist before. Aimee made me feel so comfortable I met her for the fist time but I left feeling like I’d know her for years. A lot of salons lose the personal touch and the girls don’t care about the client your just a number. This place doesn’t. I rebooked and will be back soon! Thank you Aimee

What an amazing experience! This was my first visit to spirit of beauty and I have to tell you how lovely it was. I had the best neck back and shoulder massage I have ever had. My back was so knotted from sitting in front of a screen all day. When I walked out I felt like I was floating. That was a week ago, and since then, no headaches no neck ache, I honestly didn't think that was possible! I have already booked myself back in for a full body massage!! Don't hesitate to book, I wish I had gone sooner!

I don't normally write reviews but I had such a positive experience with Aimee that I felt I had to! Bikini waxes are never the most comfortable experience but it was the fastest wax I've ever had, without compromising the end result. Aimee made me feel incredibly comfortable and it was also very affordable. Highly recommend to anyone!

Elley is great! I got a haircut and she made sure I was comfortable and attended the whole time. I had a bob haircut and took her advice of my haircut style and couldn't love it more. Definetely, I have found my hairdresser. ps extra points for the dog!

I booked an appointment with Jo, having seen the high ratings of Salon No.13, and I am so glad I did. Jo was incredibly friendly and we had a lovely chat, but more importantly, she worked wonderfully with my hair. My hair has a bit of a natural wave to it which I am getting used to, and she suggested a cut that worked well with that wave. My hair is also long, and hadn't been cut in a while, but she was able to take off only an inch or 2 to take it from straggly with split ends, to luscious and healthy - long hair people know the struggle of losing hard-grown length at every haircut. She gave suggestions and tips of minimal things I could do to make a big difference to my hair. Plus, reasonably priced. Overall, a great experience and haircut, which I have already recommended to others, and I will certainly be going back.

My first visit to Salon no13 and such a treat to have Jo cut and style my hair, her being sensitive to my requirements and good company. I was very happy with the result and shall be going again.

My hair has never looked so good!! I had a consultation with Andrew before my appointment to chat about the colour change and cut I wanted. I wanted to get rid of the orange and yellow tones and be cooler in tones. At the appointment he did exactly what I wanted,the cut too. I’m so happy with my hair now, I’ll definitely be going back there now when I need to. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing,the other members of staff are a happy bunch of people too. It’s so great when you finally find a hairdresser you can trust! Update 29/01/25 …Have now visited this salon several times and each time, I have left with a big smile on my face. I would never go anywhere else now. I completely trust Andrew and his team and I can relax!!! Don’t hesitate to book!!!

I get my lashes done (hybrid extentions) by brooke and omg they are amazing. They make me feel so happy and more myself. She does an amazing job and ive had no issues having them done, they are so comfortable and doesnt even feel like i have any on which is amazing. Highly recommend 😊😊

Nazi washed and cut my hair and I am extremely happy she took her time and did exactly what I asked for she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable as it was the 1st time I had been there to have my hair cut but will certainly be going back all the staff are lovely and all very helpful highly recommended

My daughter had a haircut with Nazi today. It’s the best haircut she has ever had. Nazi paid lots of attention to details and measurements and the results are perfect. She works Wednesdays and Saturdays. Highly recommended Nazi.

I am so happy with the great job Daiva did on my hair, I am really amazed with the results as she could fix my hair and provide a lovely blond colour as previously my hair colour was really messed up by another hair dresser in another salon. I’ve been getting my hair done by Naomi at Headmasters for about 6 years now and I always have such a lovely experience. Naomi is so friendly and professional- she suggested balayage after years of high lights and my hair now feels so healthy and strong. I love my visits to Headmasters from the professional service, the lovely staff, the complimentary coffee and the relaxing head massage, it's always a real treat!

I got my hair done by Dilara for a wedding and she done amazing! I loved my hair and received many compliments on it throughout the wedding, she really took her time listening to what I wanted and achieved the exact look that I was after. My hair stayed in place for 12 hours and it looked the exact same at the end of the night as it did at the beginning of the night, a true representation of how amazing she styled it. She is truly talented and I definitely recommend going to her to get your hair done!
