I don't normally write reviews but I had such a positive experience with Aimee that I felt I had to! Bikini waxes are never the most comfortable experience but it was the fastest wax I've ever had, without compromising the end result. Aimee made me feel incredibly comfortable and it was also very affordable. Highly recommend to anyone!

What an amazing experience! This was my first visit to spirit of beauty and I have to tell you how lovely it was. I had the best neck back and shoulder massage I have ever had. My back was so knotted from sitting in front of a screen all day. When I walked out I felt like I was floating. That was a week ago, and since then, no headaches no neck ache, I honestly didn't think that was possible! I have already booked myself back in for a full body massage!! Don't hesitate to book, I wish I had gone sooner!

My 9 year old daughter had her ears pierced here. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and made her feel at ease. The price was very reasonable too. Fantastic service! I will be recommending Spirit of Beauty to others.

So pleased that I've found this little gem upon my doorstep! I needed to find a new salon to get my highlights done after many months of my current salon letting me down. Booking was so simple, all online. I went in and showed Shimi what I wanted and she did a hell of a job! I am so so soooo pleased with the result of my highlights, she exceeded my expectations. She even went above and beyond and gave me a couple of Kerastase purple shampoo sachets to send me on my way as I was a new client and helped me out with parking when my metre had run out! The other girls were wonderful too, especially Maisie. I 100% recommend Shimi's rather than all of the big high street salons.

Shimi is an amazing hairdresser. She really takes time to understand your hair and how to get the best style to suit both the texture of your hair and your face frame. Very friendly salon, and I would say the best in Surbiton.

I had a very nice experience. As I was struggling to get a proper shape for my eyebrows, and tried so many saloons but she knew what I wanted and gave me exactly that shape. I'm so satisfied with her service and her kind nature. Will recommend her.

Best haircut I've had. Lovely place and the team is amazing. I was lucky living just round the corner and coming to see Dace for my hair styling ideas, and I'm never after a simple cut. Would have never change to a different place, if I weren't moving countries. Highly recommend!

Could not recommend more! Shenèe listened to exactly what I wanted and did a beautifully natural full head of highlights (something that in my experience is hard to get right!) and a really clean cut and blow dry. With the countdown to my wedding on I’m very happy to have found Ward & Cross and Shenèe!

Had my hair cut and blow dried by Dace a few weeks ago and she did an amazing job! I am super happy with the cut and the blow dry lasted a few days! The salon itself is very welcoming, everyone is very nice and polite. Would highly recommend.

Olsi has been looking after the cut and colour of my hair for 15+ years, he is a magician and adapted my hair through the years to every time making me feel a million $ leaving him. Best hairdressers in Surbiton! Having frequented all three hair salons in the area, found my experience with Olsi and Maryam to be truly wonderful. I've never done Balayage before and they gave me such a good explanation and I absolutely loved my end results. I had so many compliments from guests at my wedding and my new husband also loves my new hair so much! I had my hair done a few weeks ago (forgot to post my review) the best service and the best balayage I’ve ever had the results were amazing I’m super pleased. I absolutely love going here. The prices are extremely good and the quality of service here is amazing. I usually get waxed here and get my eyebrows done and they always do them so well (shoutout to Neelo Baji). The staff are so lovely and make you feel so welcome and comfortable in their salon. Not to mention if you have any anxiousness or insecurities they make you feel so much better and tell you when your skin looks like it's progressing. They talk to you like you're all one big family!! If you don't feel like spending thousands of pounds but still want to enhance your beauty then this is definitely for you.

My eyebrows look amazing! Nola (hope I remembered and spelled it right) was excellent and did a thorough and great job at getting my eyebrows back to looking how they should be! She also did this fabulous eyebrow massage which I had never had done before it was so relaxing. Best place I have been to for getting my eyebrows threaded! Cannot wait to try more treatments. Would highly recommend!

I get my lashes done (hybrid extentions) by brooke and omg they are amazing. They make me feel so happy and more myself. She does an amazing job and ive had no issues having them done, they are so comfortable and doesnt even feel like i have any on which is amazing. Highly recommend 😊😊

I have been a customer at Beauty on the Outside for nearly 10 years, so there was no question of who I would choose to have 'prep' me for my wedding day. The team were amazing, closing the salon for an afternoon, giving me and my bridal party a private space to hang out together and have amazing treatments. They also worked with Libboards to have a food spread set out for us to sustain us for the afternoon - making it very fuss free for me. I am an indecisive person, especially when presented with nail colours (lifes hardest decision), add in that these are my wedding nails and I was stumped. Ilona listened to what I wanted and was able to suggest the perfect nail (which lasted several weeks post wedding as well). The salon is a relaxing environment and the team leave you feeling beautiful and positive about yourself. It was the perfect start to the wedding weekend and I couldn't reccomend the salon highly enough for any of your beauty needs.
