Used this business recently and just loved Sophie who did my tan! So friendly and made me feel so at ease, the salon was really relaxing creating a positive experience. Really professional and clean environment, 100% will be coming back here and requesting Sophie!

Aeysha fit me in very last minute for my lashes. Was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I was very particular with how I wanted them and she got them spot on I am in loveee with this set and will definitely be back!

Everyone at this salon is very friendly and customer service is the best from the new owner to the therapists they are so accommodating. It has such a tranquil and spa atmosphere which is great for when I go for my massages (ask for Monica she’s brilliant). I find the decor is very welcoming for both genders and not just females, as some places are very pink and fluffy which makes me feel out of place, but not at BTS Beauty. Would highly recommend and look forward to my extraction facial with Celine next week.

Had my daughters ears pierced here by Sophie. I was very impressed, Sophie was extremely professional and very reassuring. It was a really lovely experience. I would highly recommend this beauty salon.

BTS is an amazing salon, you’re treated like royalty, the therapists are lovely and all very experienced. Parisa, the salon owner is just lovely and is always looking for ways to improve and better the salon and the experience.
