Absolutely outstanding. The loveliest people, chilled atmosphere, and most importantly the hairdresser's are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. I have been going exclusively since my mid-teen years and can't recommend them enough.

I received excellent customer service: the hairdresser listened to the colour I wanted and recommended several different options I didn't know existed! I then had a cut, I was told how much should be taken off and asked if that was ok before the hairdresser started. The atmosphere was relaxed and informal. I'll definitely return. I can't tell you the last time that I walked into a salon and came out feeling like I received an amazing service (not rushed) and a hair style I was actually happy with. Hector's Global hair with zeal truly were outstanding in every way. The staff were lovely, the customers were friendly and of course my hair looked great and totally worth the amount I paid. I am particularly grateful because I had a big event that evening and they managed to squeeze me in despite being fully booked. That was a miracle in itself as normally its a straight up no way, not happening from most salons on a busy Saturday. I also observed that there seemed to be none or very little waiting time for anyone who walked in which is rare these days. The salon has a real family feel as well and I like that. Also what I did appreciate, was the fact that they gave me and other customers good hair advice on aftercare treatment and maintenance. Its been a few weeks now and my hair is still thankfully holding up and looking great which can only be a reflection on the salon. Looking forward to my next appointment. All that's left to say is well done Hector's! keep up the good work and thanks again for squeezing me in. Your salon is a hidden gem.
