Love the salon - I’ve only recently become a client but I find it very professional with an easy booking system and lovely staff. The drinks (& hot chocolate) is a lovely bonus! Avalon coloured & cut my hair yesterday and did a fantastic job - I couldn’t have asked for better & will definitely be back.

I have been having extensions for several years now and have had them installed by a few of the top salons in London but wasn’t happy with either the hair quality, colour match and have had my hair damaged by bad installation before so when I went to Jack I wanted extensions but I also wanted better hair health. My hair is fine and processed and damaged. The keratin extensions he put in were superb quality, light to wear and looked very natural in my fine hair. We expected them to stay in for around 8 weeks and Jack was keen to hear if I was having any issues and gave me lots of tips on aftercare. My extensions lasted 4 months and they were still in perfect condition when I had them changed today. The only reason I had them changed is because my hair had really grown and I was worried about them catching. Both he and Daniel (who is taking care of my colour ) have been amazing at giving advise on getting my hair back to good health. I would highly recommend them both!!

Highly recommend Samantha Cusick. Avalon does a great job with my color and am always very happy with the result, while also being such an enjoyable appointment. She has found the perfect balance between keeping me as blonde as I like but still keeps the right amount of depth so the grow out is seamless and natural between appointments. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Tereza is quite literally the only person I trust with my hair - she has done both my cut and colour and has listened to my every word and understood everything I’ve wanted and more. She is truly so incredible and I feel so lucky and grateful to have found her. She is also incredibly kind, friendly and so humble despite being the most talented hair stylist I have come across to date.
