He was so compassionate and understanding when I explained my hair concerns, and he confidently proposed the perfect solutions, explaining the rationale for his recommendations. He clearly knows hair well and did an expert job meticulously giving me the haircut I needed to complement my features and compensate for my hair difficulties. He went above and beyond styling my hair and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan and throughout the entire process.
