I've come here twice now to see Andie and she has a real way with hair. You can tell she's a pro and I leave every time feeling so happy with how it looks. My favourite part is the consultation she provides, she knows what's going to suit me and offers great advice on the cut, style and treatment of hair. Hands down recommend Andie every time.

So so happy with my hair!! Andie was amazing coming in early to get me seen on a Saturday and transformed my hair from the tired unloved selfie hair to the beautiful balayage. I cannot recommend Edward James highly enough! I had a haircut with Dejan and he was an absolute pro. He listened to me and my requirements, gave feedback and made suggestions and in the end delivered the best hair cut I have had in years! The hair cut is so good that even after washing my hair at home, it looks beautiful. To top it all off, the whole experience at the salon was amazing, from start to finish. If you are looking for a great haircut and a great service, look no further!

I recently had my first haircut at Edward James, and I can confidently say it won’t be the last! I’ve finally found someone who truly understands what I wanted. I had such an amazing haircut with Dejan, who was so thoughtful, warm and lovely not to mention incredibly skilled. I don’t think I’ve ever had a hair stylist make me feel more at ease in the chair. He took so much time to ask questions about what I was looking for / lifestyle/ hair texture etc and really tailored a haircut that was right for me. Plus, he even gave me some great quick styling tips to use at home. Thank you again for such a fantastic haircut and a friendly experience, I will be back soon!

I am very picky about who does my aesthetics because I am an aesthetic practitioner myself. I always go to Rhiannon. I have had botox, filler and profilho over the years. I cannot recommend her enough and have enjoyed seeing her in the new clinic as one can have a fantastic hair do at the same time. She is highly skilled in aesthetics.

Georgina has been cutting and coloring my hair for more than 10 years. I can completely relax throughout, trusting her cutting and coloring implicitly. Since she has moved her salon to new premises my hairdressing appointments have become even more enjoyable. Very happy with my hair colour, I wanted to colour my hair without bleaching and at the same time didn't want to ruin the karetin treatment I had done few weeks back. Zack and his team took good care of my hair and he also suggested a colour that would suit my skin tone better than what I wanted. It turn out really beautiful.The products they use are of very good quality and the service I received was brilliant 👌🏻

My sister and I turned up as a walk in after contemplating where to go and it ended up being the best decision ever. We got a lovely welcome when we walked in and I got a cut by the director during their October deal and my hair has never looked better! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and I’m not a very talkative person but even just from my body language he knew exactly what to do to give me the haircut I’ve always wanted. I asked for a specific cut and we talked about what I liked about it and I left with a haircut that as he said “you’ll be able to wake up and go without needing any styling” and he did not lie! I have never been happier with my hair whether I straighten or wear naturally curly, so thank you to him and everyone in his family business that made mine and my sister’s visit enjoyable.

I've had a great experience with Sepi on my laser hair removal journey. Sepi is always personable and reassuring at every appointment. I booked a course of 6 treatments for ingrown hairs on the jawline and neck area. I have now completed the 6 courses and so far the ingrown hairs have been greatly reduced. Shobha is absolutely amazing. Nobody does eyebrows as perfect as her. I have been coming for her facials for a few years now (to her previous and current location). She massages my face during the facial so well, my skin looks years younger afterwards. Shobha is extremely patient, knowledgeable and flexible and her prices are very reasonable. Sebastian and Sasho did such an amazing job on my hair. Sebastian completely redid my hair colour and fixed banding, root grow out and different coloured ends all in one go! I love the way the colour turned out. Sasho did my haircut and it was so clean. It is the best haircut I’ve ever had, super sharp and neat. I also liked the hair washing chairs because they have a massage function, and they always offer tea and coffee. It is a great place to get your hair done!

Have now had two appointments here. With Sebastian doing the colour and Sasho for a cut. I haven’t been this happy with my hair for years! Sebastian completely understood how I wanted my colour and in one appointment got me closer to what I have been asking my old salon to do for me unsuccessfully for years. Two appointments in and it’s looking gorgeous! Sasho is amazing and really understands what I want from my cut and takes into account how my hair sits and what kind of effort I put in and makes sure that it works perfectly for both of these things. I feel more ‘me’ with this hair than I have done for a very long time. Can’t recommend enough.

Just had my cut and style with Aga. When I brought my inspiration pictures in we discussed all options such as layering vs texture and how different elements would target my features to open my face. She then executed this and turned it into my dream haircut. The communication continued throughout to make sure that all aspects of the cut were exactly what I wanted. All in all for the price being on the lower end of the service provided at this salon, I left with what I consider to be an invaluable experience. Hair has the power to transform not only your outward appearance but also your inner confidence, and I can say that Aga gave me that gift today. Cannot recommend enough, and will be back!
