Had such a lovely experience here today. I had the lovely Anna, she helped me choose the correct hair treatment for my hair. Definitely will be going back.

I’ve been going to Anna for years, and she never disappoints. My hair always looks good and I love the colour she does. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling refreshed and happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Hannah gave me a great haircut considering I was a new customer and my old haircut had grown out considerably. I was very pleased with the result, and would recommend her without hesitation. Hair-Tribe is also in a pleasant location, not far from the Oliver Tambo recreation grounds, the Sunshine Garden Centre and the coffee shops along the parade.

The customer service in this Salon is top notch. I feel my daughter to this Salon for the 1st time for a wash and blow dry. The attention we got from members of the staff was outstanding. Everyone cared about our comfort. I was even given a lively coffee while my daughter was having her hair done. The owner went round several times to make sure customers were OK. I was there for the first time and hadn't made an appointment, although the store was already full, Maria somehow managed to squeeze me in. The reception was extremely friendly and courteous. Although the store was very full, everything seemed very organized. I am grateful and satisfied for the professional and friendly service.

I got my hair done at Ama’s salon nearly a month ago, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience! First of all my hair still looks great even though it’s almost time to take it out, booking the service was straightforward and the website has plenty of detail about all of the services offered. I booked in for single plaits medium size, and they are so beautiful. The energy of the salon is friendly and the braiders and stylists dedicated time and hard work to get my hair looking perfect. Clean parts, neat plaits like I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. Next time I will add to the notes that my hair is long and will take time to do,to avoid taking up the braiders time, it was my bad I didn’t realise quite how long it was before booking 😭 my apologies for this. Ama you have created a lovely, warm atmosphere at the salon and you have an incredible team of hardworking people there ❤️. This was my first time getting my hair done in London and I think I’ll find it hard to go anywhere else. They filmed some really cool videos after my hair was done but I forgot to get them sent to me 😔 but I have these pictures that I took!

Amanda is amazing - the best hairdresser I have ever had - and I have had many! She listens to your requirements, offers professional advice, does a fantastic cut and colour - all in a friendly, relaxed environment - at a very competitive price. It feels like an occasion to go to Amanda’s- she gives you her undivided attention and listens to all your news!!! I even have a friend who travels from Manchester so that Amanda can cut her hair! I have had so many compliments about my hair since going to Amanda’s.

My absolute favourite hair salon! I don’t live in London any more but always factor in a trip to see Amanda when I visit so she can do my highlights - there’s no one I trust more! She also did my hair for my wedding day which I was so happy with. Amanda is so lovely, professional and I would highly recommend her!

She always listens to my thoughts/ideas, using her skills and experience to help to create the look I want or a style that suits me - getting it right every time! She is very experienced in styling and care and always gives me helpful tips and advice. You can tell that she genuinely cares and enjoys what she does. On top of all of this - she is also a fabulous person and an absolute pleasure to talk to as she works her magic. Her manner is warm and friendly and she seems to make everyone feel comfortable right away! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and always return myself whenever I need my hair done.

I've been to Oriental Beauty Salon twice and am always so pleased with the quality of their service. I've had bad neck pain for a few months now and after seeing Cici I'm feeling much better. Cici is lovely, the space is very clean and provides a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend!

I had waxing, eyebrows, back cleaning and H2O2 facial done at this salon. Really happy with the results, skin feels smoother. Cici was very attentive and took extra care when doing the procedures, making sure I get the best results. Very professional!

Had a fantastic H20 facial at Oriental Beauty. The venue is easy to find and plenty of space to park on the street. Cici greeted me with the biggest smile and talked me through the facial and recommend the facial that would suit me. My skin is glowing feeling amazing with my skin feeling amazingly hydrated and soft. I would highly recommend this place for facials and can’t wait to use their other services.

Beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable salon - I had never gone to a salon or hairdresser before going to Kimberley’s but Kim was so confident and knowledgeable! I have been twice now and both times she has done a gorgeous cut for me, and I couldn’t have been happier. I absolutely love the deep tissue massages and facial treatments at Rosie and Cathy. I've been coming here every 2-5 weeks for more than a year. The place is very clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the prices are very good, especially if you buy a bundle. For example, the cost of three 1-hour massages is 130 pounds, which is approximately 43 pounds per massage. The quality of the service is great! I always leave feeling renewed and relaxed. I can totally recommend it.

Went in for a hot stone massage and personalised facial and loved it so much.The massage was so relaxing and pleasant. The ladies done everything possible and more to make sure I had the best time and showed me how cared I was. The ladies even gave me a robe and slippers while preparing for my facial to make sure I was still very cozy. The facial left my face glowing and slick smooth. What can I say? Rosie and Cathy are brilliant. Cathy for massage and Rosie for facials and making sure my lashes and brows look great. Personal, friendly service. You always feel safe and relaxed. Totally on the ball for continuity and customer service. All round, five star treatment.

My mum and I had the most relaxing experience ever with Rikyu! The booking process itself was very smooth and Emi and Maiko’s emails were very kind and informative. They were also very flexible and understanding when we had to reschedule due to an unexpected illness. Upon arrival, Maiko greeted us with a welcoming smile and led us into a peaceful and quiet little shed. I specifically liked that it was only my mum, Maiko and me in the whole ‘building’, as it made the whole experience even more private and calming. I booked the Kome-Nuka steam deep cleansing facial treatment and i can honestly say, i haven’t been this relaxed in years! Maiko was extremely gentle throughout the whole process, yet applied the perfect amount of pressure on my face and neck. She was also very attentive and reassuring when i asked to reduce the steam a tad bit. The room itself was very serene with quiet relaxing music, so i could really let myself relax and enjoy the treatment. The heat felt really nice on my face and the massage was absolutely divine! Thank you so much Maiko for your lovely work, my skin and my mind feels extremely rejuvenated! We will definitely be back!🥰

The spa is actually in a cute little shed thing. Its a pretty little room, with spa music playing. There was some noise from outside but then, this is London. My therapist Nao was lovely and took my allergies into account, switching out the grapefruit containing product for a kaolin one. I had the kome-nuka steam deep cleansing facial. The steam was lovely and warm and soothing. The facial massage was really relaxing, then the extractions were done which I personally enjoy but if you havent had this done before be aware it pinches. Nao gave me a neck and shoulder massage while the mask set. This massage was the perfect pressure and really helped loosen up my sore, stiff neck and shoulders (I am a rather tense person 😅) There wasn't a scalp massage as mentioned on the site. Nao finished by giving some advice on my skin type and recommending further treatments that could help. This treatment was really good value for money too. I can definitely recommend Rikyu and will be returning as soon as I can.

Miyuki understood my hair, the cut I wanted and how well it would suit me straight away. My haircut was completed quicker than expected and it was perfect. The cut still looks good a month later. She also did not recommend me to do expensive treatments that are not necessary. This place is a rarity.

I have been going here for 3 years now and every hairdresser there is fantastic. I am not too fussed about who I get when I book because I know nothing will go wrong. I have lots of hair and a lot of hairdressers don't know how to cut it very well but the Japanese are brilliant! I would thoroughly recommend going here for cut/colour. Also the head massages are fantastic!

I came back to this Japanese owned hair salon for the first time in over a decade today and was given a very professional service which was in keeping with what I experienced all those years ago.
