Alex has done an absolutely amazing job at our house. He’s helped us with all of our carpentry needs including: laying new flooring throughout the entire house, replacing our banister and balustrades, hanging new doors and ironmongery, replacing our architraves and skirting, fitting our new kitchen and making custom built shelving and cupboards for our alcoves. Alex is flexible, reliable and works solidly, double checking things with us to ensure we are aligned. He’s approachable and will give his advice where needed to ensure the desired result is achieved. I recently hired Thomas Carpentry & Joinery to make and install two alcove wardrobes in our bedroom and I couldn't be happier with the results. Solid Carpentry designed and installed a custom, built-in bookcase with a hidden door for me. We needed our drawers re-done in our wardrobes. It was a very bespoke project as we didn't need something built from scratch, but within an already built structure. It was wonderful working with Solid Carpentry, and the final product was beautiful! Dmitriy was attentive to all the special adjustments we wanted for our drawers and patient if we changed our minds on some details. M&S Carpentry has done an amazing job for us. From start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with them. I had a clear idea of what I wanted, which was a little unusual because I wanted to hide an en-suite behind wardrobes and have the doors open inwards. I had spoken to a number of firms who had all said they couldn't or didn't want to do it as it was out of the ordinary. M&S Carpentry were great from the start, they got what I wanted to achieve and helped make that vision a reality. They advised on finishes and approach and it was a real team effort. The job was reasonably priced and they were able to meet my quite quick timetable with ease. The job was delivered on time and on budget and the quality and attention to detail is exceptional. I could not be more happy with the end product. It is exactly as I imagined and I am thrilled with it. I would not hesitate to recommend M&S Carpentry and am already thinking about what else I can get them to build for me!

Bespoke Fitted Wardrobes - Peter's service is very bespoke - attention to detail and problem solving - is something Peter really enjoys and was challenged by this space being uneven and shallow! I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend him. I had received quotes from the larger companies - Peter's prices are similar but the product is bespoke - I have exactly what I wanted.

Thank you, K&D Builders for the tremendous job you've made of our new windows, patio doors and building work. The pointing is exemplary and much admired by other trades people that have visited! We live in an Edwardian house and the bricklayer/pointer managed cleverly to visually straighten out a not very straight wall. In addition our friends love the London Stock Brick feature wall inside the new build. Although the project has been going on awhile and not yet complete, Larry and the team have been vigilant in ensuring that the work is completed to a high standard. I can't wait till the summer when we can use our new patio to sit and admire the back of the house.
