Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. He was super friendly and approachable, could not recommend more if you need any boiler work done.

Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. An appointment for a boiler service was straightforward to arrange and an engineer attended the following day. All work was satisfactory.

I was greeted by Kriss who was very kind and professional. Kriss came out to fix our 2 bathroom sinks that were clogged. It had a tricky connection so he called out his field supervisor Kenny and they took care of the problem saving us several hundred pounds They are very professional and courteous and price was very reasonable. We will definitely be using them again when needed.

We had a leak from a toilet. The technician came out as scheduled, and determined it was a backed up septic that was the issue. We chose to have a septic company address the problem, and asked what the charge for a visit/assessment was.
