Great service, came out less than 24 hours after I called to replace some taps which were calcified and properly stuck. Idris sorted it out quickly and also gave some really helpful advice. Would definitely call Amber plumbing if I needed a plumber in an emergency, very friendly and professional.

Minar is a real gem and an expert in Keston dual flue gas combi boilers! Most companies that I contacted to replace my boiler either had no clue about this system or were quoting extortionate rates for a poor service that would have resulted in costly repairs to the ceilings. Minar was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I called, I could see the difference between this company and the others I called before. Minar immediately asked me follow up questions to help diagnose the problem, explained possible scenarios, provided advice and gave me cost estimates. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He then walked me through resetting the thermostat on the off-chance it would solve the problem, which it did! Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Ian Welka and the team at Plumbsafe did a fantastic job completely refurbishing the bathroom in our flat. Ian, Jonty and Rusty have given us the most fantastic service as well as carrying out outstanding work. They gave us excellent advice when trying to choose a new cost effective central heating system. They fitted our new boiler and radiators as well as carrying out the extra little unforeseen jobs that come with ripping out an old central heating system. The work was carried out very efficiently, with little fuss and the quality of the workmanship was very high. The same levels of high quality and workmanship where in evidence when they fitted our new toilet and shower. I cannot be happier with their service.

I used Ahmed to install an instant hot water tap. He was on time and finished the job in good standard. I then asked him the following week to install a faucet tap. Very impressed with these guys. We had 2 other plumbers from different companies come round to unblock the sewage pipes and the issue kept happening. When I contacted Paul he came over within an hour of calling and did a thorough job using the correct equipment to remove the blockages and completely clear the pipes.
