Adam resolved a number of major problems which were caused by a previous contractor's shoddy workmanship. He is knowledgeable, thorough and professional. An excellent plumber/heating engineer who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. Minar is extremely professional and knowledgable. He takes a lot of time to explain the issues to you and help you understand what needs to be done. His work is thorough and of a high standard. He is also very reasonable; I had an issue with the volume of the water pump being installed and he offered a very amicable solution to resolve it. Highly recommend.

Minar was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I called, I could see the difference between this company and the others I called before. Minar immediately asked me follow up questions to help diagnose the problem, explained possible scenarios, provided advice and gave me cost estimates. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He then walked me through resetting the thermostat on the off-chance it would solve the problem, which it did! Very impressed with these guys. We had 2 other plumbers from different companies come round to unblock the sewage pipes and the issue kept happening. When I contacted Paul he came over within an hour of calling and did a thorough job using the correct equipment to remove the blockages and completely clear the pipes. Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. I highly recommend Plumbalb for all your plumbing needs. Gurjan and Bledi replaced my boiler, water tank and five radiators in under two and half days...and I was only without heating/hot water for one night. They are very efficient, knowledgeable and polite too. I called them back to replace some taps and a shower and all was done in a couple of hours. My heating and hot water system works perfectly and my family and I are delighted with the results of their excellent work...thank you!

I highly recommend this company. I used Plumbalb Plumbers in two separate occasions within a month in two different properties . Each time I found their approach very professional and correct. Guri is the manager of the company and also the other men on his team Blendi and Dori are very professional, knowledgable and competent. They ran a full service on my gas boiler on the first occasion and fixed a leaking valve and corrected the pressure on the other property. They were very prompt, arrived on time did a great job and tested the boiler to make sure everything was done properly and safely, told me exactly what the issues were and cleaned and tided up when they finished. All this at very reasonable price and at record time. I am very happy with their service and have no hesitation to recommend them to any potential customers.
