We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. Brian helped me out big time , I am in the process of moving and i ask him and his team to come in and repair A lot of problems left by the previous owners as my upstairs bathroom was flooding into my kitchen downstairs and the kitchen had been ripped apart before they had moved and it was in an unusable state Brian did order repairs. I asked him to plus he went above and beyond to put my kitchen back together. Brian and his team are very conscientious, tidy and respectful. I highly recommend them. I would never use anybody else.

I've had Brian and his team carry out a number of jobs for me in the last few years such as replacing radiators in our living room, replacing taps, repairing and servicing our boiler and building a downstairs shower room which involved building stud walls and wiring for the electric shower, as well as plumbing work. We have used Tony many times in the past fixing problems with our old boiler, and on his advice we decided to have a new one installed. We had a couple of quotes and went with Tony due to his honesty, expertise in the field andalong with pictures of his previous installs, we knew he was the right choice. Unequaled heating are second to none. A well mannered and smartly presented engineer arrived at my door, on time and with a Large smile. Shoes were removed and dust sheets were laid coving all carpet areas. The care shown for my house and it’s belongings made me feel truly at ease. And although I remained at home (and in the way), he worked around me causing minimal disruption. The standard of plumbing was exceptional and my heating has never been better. Quality Plumbing installed our new bathroom suite and tiled the bathroom with a herringbone pattern on the walls and mosaic hexagon tiles on the floor. We are so happy with the result which looks amazing with a great finish. They also surfaced all of our pipework at our request which was a tricky job with our pipe system. Georgie and his team did a fantastic job with my bathroom re-fit. it was completely ripped out, replastered, tiled & new suite fitted. They even put up all my new accessories and blinds! I was very impressed with with the service provided. I required the disconnection of an obsolete power shower and installation of a thermostatic surface mounted mini shower. I received a quotation for the work quickly after contacting John and this was undertaken shortly after. The removal of the old shower threw up some problems and I was kept informed regarding the necessary work. Despite the problems the work was completed in one morning at the quoted price. The work area was well protected at all times. I will use John's services in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Thank you John for providing excellent service! We didn't have heating for about 40 days during January-February, and our property manager wasn't really responsive. When we finally met with John, he managed our issue within couple of days. He sorted out the communication between our manager and us, he updated us several times on progression of our solution, and he fixed our issue with expertise and intelligence.
