After two days without electricity and having three other electricians work on the problem, Emmanuel was understanding and courteous, and he went above and beyond to find a solution and staying committed on a Friday night to resolve my electricity issue. We are out of words to praise Emmanuel. we called him in an emergency as none of the sockets was working and RCD was tripping over constantly. Emmanuel picked up the call promptly and the first thing he did was calm things down and explained that he is stuck in a traffic jam hence can't come sooner, however, he offered on-call support, helped us troubleshoot the issue and got it fixed that too free of cost.
