I used John annually for the PAT testing at my restaurant. He was punctual and professional and had a great attention to detail, ensuring that all the equipment in the restaurant was completely safe. What impressed me the most was that if a piece of equipment initially failed he would do what ever he could to make it safe and then retest it so that it passed the test rather than just taking the easy option and marking it as failed.

I have been in this industry for a while and senar is hands down the best electrician I have come across. Extremely knowledgable, hard working, punctual and professional. I will only be using him going forward for all electrical work. 100% recommend.

Senar is an excellent professional. He did a thorough job that required the full rewiring of an old flat after an emergency call out that he also resolved excellently and very quick! Communication was great at all times and certainly accomplished the job in his estimate time, very attentively as well as I was living in the flat during the works. Would highly recommend to others.

Senar is an excellent electrician. He installed new fuse boards and wiring at both our old and new properties and did a thorough job in each case. Senar did a great job changing a light fitting in my kitchen. He clearly takes pride in doing a thoroughly professional job however small. As a bonus he flipped a light switch for me that he noticed had been put in upside down. He is also very knowledgeable and happy to explain what he is doing and how things work.

I can't recommend Jema Electrical (Jeremy) enough. We had 4 electricians in before him, 2 of of which were fully certified. With all due respect to the 4 of them, we through loads of money in the bin and the issue never got sorted, sadly. Jeremy knows his stuff and breaks it down in such an easy way to understand... not to mention he DID sort our electricity out faster than any of others with their time spent in our flat trying. Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Beautifully installed boiler. Now every time I open the utility door I am happy. Absolutely beautiful. The team stayed till 2 AM in the morning to finish the work, it is unheard of in this country.

The first visit was from David and he got part of the lighting working for us within two hours; however, due to time constraints a return visit was planned for 8am the following day. The second visit was by Marlowe and he spent 4 hours fault finding and rectifying the issues. Marlowe was very thorough and got the lighting working properly for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago. This is the second time we have used this company and I will definitely use them again. The service is prompt, they are always on time and they just do the job in the most efficient and cost effective way.

Usually inviting tradesmen into the home is a stressful and traumatic experience. Amy and her team are just the opposite. They’re lightning fast, work super hard, and are extremely professional and polite. Just a joy to have around. Amy is very clear with her pricing, no surprise costs.
