Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake arrived on time, was friendly and did a great job. The leak was resolved and replacement fitted in an hour.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

I was lucky to have Saleh who came out to help fix out our blocked drain. He was very professional and easy going. Very efficient and clearly explained what the problem was and resolved very quickly. Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Filip came within an hour and fixed everything on the spot without needing to turn off the main water supply. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. Developed a leak in the pipework of my central heating system. Almost afraid to call anyone out these days. They're either tea leafs, or have even less idea about plumbing than me! We had a problem with our hot water temperature fluctuating. Mark arrived on time and was clean and tidy in his work. He dismantled several parts of our boiler and cleaned them out, and they were very dirty. I watched him work and he was happy to explain what he was doing and why. After an hour and a half the boiler was back together and working. Mark did a great job.Highly recommended

Hackney Heating installed a new boiler with minimum fuss and bother - a very neat and tidy job. The also registered the 10 year warranty as part of the installation process and could produce the paperwork when requested 2 years later. Very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use again.
