Joe came to fit a new hive thermostat. He’s efficient, calm and easy going and gave me good advice about some other plumbing issues around the home. I’d definitely recommend him to others.

Joe has carried out a number of tasks for me smoothly and efficiently. Boilers and other gas appliances have been tested and certificates issued. A dodgy heating controller has been changed and the cause of persistent water pressure dropping has been identified and fixed. Most recently Joe fitted in a quasi-emergency visit to cap a gas valve (not an emergency because the gas could be turned off at the meter). He navigated the crawl space and capped it under the floorboards - a tidy job. I rate and recommend his services highly

The engineer was very friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, came back to fix the issue once parts were sourced. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some good advice for future maintenance. Also left things neat and tidy. Would recommend this service.

Excellent and very speedy service after my boiler stopped working on a very cold night in the middle of January. The plumber came the same evening and repaired everything the following day. He was very efficient, polite and super nice. Such a relief after calling a company that I only found online in an emergency for the first time. Will definitely call again for a yearly service. Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. I have taken the time to post my review in two locations simply as the service was the best we have ever had; and we are now considering a full shower replacement in the New Year based on this experience - something we were holding off from looking into as we couldn’t quite find the right Company. We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We couldn’t be happier and we recommande him warmly

We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

John is the best tradesperson in London. Always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Will often just give me a steer over the phone if that's all I need. I have been working with John for 10 years now, and will continue to do so. Whereas other gas engineers fit boilers, John only repairs them, so he has no motivation to automatically write off boilers that have a lot of life left in them. Give John a call, you won't be disappointed.

If you have a Vaillant boiler, John is your man. He's been looking after mine for the last 5 years and I am so glad to be able to rely on him. He is trustworthy, super responsive and helpful, always does a good job and gives great advice.
