Richard is a great find. He unblocked our bath wastepipe and refitted some of the pipework which had been done really badly and contributed to the problem. He was prompt, friendly, open about costs and hours and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I found Richard online.. I had no idea of his work.. but I really liked his fast response and the way he kept me updated. That’s really important to me as I don’t live in the property that he was attending. Richard found the part that was needed and fixed the problem very quickly, and I could not be happier with his work. I will be using his services again whenever I need a plumber, and I cannot recommend him highly enough, he’s an honest guy Who does what he says he will do, Pretty rare nowadays!! Ended up not actually going with Richard due to logistical reasons on my end but his professionalism all the way through the process was exceptional. Upfront, no-nonsense pricing, a clear idea of how the job would be done and not a whiff of upselling or other such practices. He's one of the good ones.

Richard is polite, speedy and knows his stuff. I can recommend him for anything plumbing related. Oh, and he didn't try to rip me off - always a bonus nowadays.

Outstanding value for money and incredibly quick service, with Richard not only being able to come to me the day after we discussed the issue in my bathroom for no extra cost/urgency fee, but also being so quick and skilled to comfortably and effectively fix it in a handful of minutes while I went back to work after showing him the situation.
