Maintracts are the most reliable, knowledgeable and customer oriented plumbers that I have encountered. I’m so impressed with them that I never go anywhere else. Their costs are reasonable and they are available 24 hours a day. It’s a Sunday afternoon. My boiler suddenly stopped working and after one call its was fixed within 15mins! I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Thank you

After Pimlico Plumbers incorrectly advised that my boiler was beyond repair and needed a full replacement costing over £11,000, I sought a second opinion: Daniel from Maintracts quickly and accurately identified the real issue—a faulty part that could be easily repaired. The total repair cost was only £494, including the new part and labor! Daniel’s professional, prompt and honest assessment not only saved me from the unnecessary and costly replacement suggested by Pimlico Plumbers, but also showcased his exceptional expertise. I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

A really professional yet personal approach. I found Northcote Plumbers on CheckaTrade and from my first call with the owner onwards they have been great to deal with. They were able to get an engineer out quickly to do Gas Safety certificate and checks. Their engineer was on time, very experienced and friendly to deal with. I would definitely recommend to friends and use them again

Great- came to fix a leak in a pipe that was urgent . Great communication and very happy with the work done . Also I mentioned a heated towel rail that I had previously been told could not be fixed and would have to be replaced. Darren fixed it and got it working again . Highly Recommend.

John fitted a boiler for me in my rental property in Clapham. My tenants had just had a baby, and we needed it done urgent as they were without heating or hot water. He was very kind and fitted for us in the evening as we couldn't find anyone to do it with short notice during normal working hours. He was fast efficient and still only charged me normal daytime rates. To top it all off, He is a very nice person. Can't recommend John, Simon, and Smyth Plumbing enough. Will definitely use for any future needs.

So glad to have found Aryan when my bath stopped draining late on a Friday night. I phoned him on Saturday morning and he was able to come that afternoon, which fit perfectly with my schedule (NB: Apparently agencies don't respond for anything after 4pm on a Saturday...) His prices were also 100 times more reasonable on top! He was so polite and hard working, and clearly is a professional who is excellent at his trade. He worked to unclog the pipes it was not for lack of effort that he was unsuccessful that day. The shop that was still open in the area simply didn't have what he needed to deal with the severity of blockage. He came back promptly the next morning with the item to finish the job. The pipes are now as clean as the day they were installed and he also explained and fixed some attachment issues which were causing leaks before leaving. He then didn't even leave a big mess for me to deal with, which was great! So glad to have a draining bath again and will definitely keep his number for any further plumbing or boiling related issues!

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left.
