I called Ilie to fix a broken lock on my double glazed bathroom window which was stuuck in the closed position. He was excellent. He was flexible in his timings after I had to change a couple of times, he was prompt on arrival, courteous and discussed options to fix the problem. Once we'd agreed on the best solution he completed the job there and then and without fuss. Great price to. Would definitely recommend him if you need a locksmith.

Fantastic service by the owner, Wasim. I had my watch battery replaced by a nearby booth but the hands of my watch came off in the process. The sales assistant, however, was unwilling to take responsibility for it. She directed me to here but was wouldn't for the repair. I was met by Wasim, a qualified watch repairer, who was shocked by the service I'd received & said he'd repair it for a much reduced price. He explained what the problem was & fixed it. Barry is a true gent. I was desperate and locked out. I called Key King Locksmith and got Barry on the phone. He was so nice, he put me at ease and told me he would be with me within half an hour. True to his word he turned up on time, got me into my house with no problems and then changed all my locks as I had stupidly lost my keys. I would recommend Key King Locksmiths to anyone.

Barry saved me from a pickle. Tried to change my key barrel myself and destroyed my front door. Called Barry who arrived within 90 mins and sorted my door out all within a reasonable price which was agreed on the phone. Not a lot of emergency lock smiths that don’t try and squeeze some extra money out of you. Would recommend him for his professionalism and work.

I can't thank saxon enough, they were excellent service from start to finish, from the office staff who took my booking to the gentleman who came promptly to fix the locks. as I m not a. expert in this area ,but needed sturdy locks on my front door, they advised me very professionally, send me photos of the locks to view and choose their quote absolutely matched with the final invoice, gauntee ,receipts and full paperwork supplied by the fitter. no rip off here!!!!! the quality and installation were excellent, second to none the fitter took away all the dust and even took the old locks away ,for free, for metal recycling. wow!!! I am extremely satisfied with the service, also they don't make you wait weeks and weeks , no problem to get a fitting date easily. the fitters all have the company vans etc,so no security issues ,also you pay over the phone, by a card, no cash ,which means that when the job is done, you are happy with the work, then you can pay. superb service,will highly recommend to friends and family. kind regards

Simply amazing! I'd been searching for a particular type of old inside door lock online for a couple of weeks by (as instructed by 'experts') Googling the dimensions of the backset, the height and depth of the case and the forend length, however had no luck whatsoever. Even tried the 'genius' of ChatGPT, all to no avail. So just decided to go into Saxon's with the broken lock I needed replacing, just on the off chance that they might be able to direct me to a website that could potentially help - however they did much better than that - in literally less than 30 seconds, they'd found the perfect match, there in the shop. Oh my days! Talk about lock stock! Where are the two smokin' barrels? I'm in locksmith heaven! Ten quid, job done, blummin' happy lad!! Got home, fixed it straight in, job's a good'un! Full marks! After what felt like an never ending quest I found Leather and Lace Traditional Shoe Repairs located in Tooting Market. After handing in a pair of leather boots and also a pair of leather shoes this old school cobbler by the name of Gary with years upon years of experience in the trade has done his magic. I'm 100% satisfied with this service and highly recommend him to everyone.

I went to this shop to get some keys cut and shoe repaired. So nice to find a proper old fashioned, family run, honest business that looks like it’s been there forever. The staff are so polite and I could not believe how cheap it was compared to others I’ve tried. The standard of work was that of a master of his trade.
