I came in with what I thought was a key fob issue, but turned out was a more in depth electrical issue. They hooked up the diagnostic tool again for me, let me look through and take pictures for a garage to fix and didn't charge me a penny. Super helpful, great service, will defiantly use them again.

You pay for an excellent, efficient and fast service. Which is what you get! The technician drove 20 miles from his base, arrived early in the 2 hour time slot. Just a couple of phone calls to let me know how far away he was. Far cheaper than a dealership. (For a second, spare, remote key.)

Went to see if a broken car key could be repaired or used to produce a replacement. I was in luck a new one was able to be cut from the old key and it worked!
