10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍

Absolutely amazing, from start to finish. After having my van broken into and my tools stolen, I was looking for security plates to be fitted to my Transit Custom. Island Security offered to fit internal and external plates where other business only offered to fit external plates, and the cost to fit was very reasonable. However, this wasn't the best bit about the whole experience! Jason went out of his way to provide a great service. Thank you Jason, I'm really grateful for all your efforts. I contacted Jason to fix a fault on my upvc front door. I cannot fault him at all. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Very reasonable price and extremely speedy, polite and left no mess. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal. I was well outside the area for this company's services but the locksmith came anyway so that I was not left without help, and it was also on a Sunday... He spent ages sorting out my problematic locks and replacing cylinders--and the bill is very reasonable. Such a nice guy and I could not recommend anyone more highly. This is what good service looks like. I award 6 stars out of 5!! Stan the Keyman came to fix my car key again (7 rs later) and he remembered me (good memory). He is funny, gorgeous, cheeky (and recently single!). He did a fine job and came out despite the flower show being on and me being reasonably close thereto ... and the Hampton Court Traffic. He also gave me tips re how to avoid the same happening again. Can definitely recommend.
