I have been to many vets over the 15 years ive had dogs and this place is by faaaar the BEST place i have taken my dogs. The doctor i saw was Helen and she was absolutely incredible. Lolas checkup lasted 30 minutes and every question i had was answered, every issue addressed and lola had a thorough checkup done. All healthy and good. The appointment didn't feel rushed AT ALL and i felt very comfortable and sensed a good vibe the whole time i was there. I was never forced to stick unnecessary vaccines into my dog, buy dog food from them or get a dirty look when i told her my 8 year old was not spayed. I find this is very common with many vets ive visited, which really puts me off and i find myself looking for a new vet every time they try to force their beliefs onto me and not respect my decision. I can already sense that i wont be changing vets again anytime soon! All the staff there were polite, kind and so lovely. Lola walked away with a tummy full of treats too, so she wasn't complaining either. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a place to take their dog and who genuinely cares about their dogs health.

My dog is quite anxious, and taking him to the vet can be so frustrating as he won't let anyone touch / examine him. Natalia has been so amazing with him, I feel so lucky to have found her. She really cares about him and thinks ahead of how to accommodate him and support him when he is sick. She is always extremely responsive and thinks outside the box when needed. Having a rescue dog can be so scary from time to time and I can't stress enough how grateful I am to have her as my dog's vet.

Wonderfully skilled, kind compassionate independent vets practice. I've used them for twelve years for my two cats and they have provided excellent care and advice with a lovely human touch. I would recommend them every time.

Having recently bought a puppy but hasn't collected him yet, I went to them for advice. The receptionists were very helpful. I felt confident that when eventually I collected Cashew, that they would take good care of him. That they have.

Taking him to Village Vet in West Hampstead was a priority, and thanks to Deborah's outstanding support and Rosa's advice, we were able to secure an appointment swiftly. Her prompt assistance ensured that my cat received the appropriate treatment without delay. I’m truly grateful for her help—thank you so much!

Excellent, caring service with a very sensitive approach toward budget. Our beloved, and uninsured, cat Albert had persistent, mysterious health issues throughout the last few months of 2018. Sheldon provided incredibly thorough care, whilst always being mindful to do diagnostic examinations in stages to be respectful of our budget - never doing unnecessary examinations until all other options had been eliminated. Albert received top notch medical care the whole way and is now in full health again. Many thanks to the team at Village Vet Highgate for constantly going above and beyond to deliver the best care. My original review in early 2018: Had to take our cat Albert in for a haircut and some dental work. The vets were lovely and did a fantastic job - he's a new man since having 3 rotten teeth removed, a much happier chap. The whole process was handled fantastically at Village Vet Highgate, with us being kept constantly updated by phone on Albert's progress. He's had a few complimentary check-ups since the procedure to ensure all is healing well, and because he had dental work he now receives complimentary 6 month dental checks for the rest of his life. Great experience all round. Thanks!

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. Nicole, the receptionist, is truly amazing. She is always available and supportive. During every emergency we've faced, she has been there to guide us with care and compassion, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. Alex, the veterinarian, is exceptionally capable, knowledgeable, and professional. He provides clear explanations of the pros and cons of each treatment option, ensuring we fully understand them. He always takes the time to ask if we agree with the proposed plan or if we have any questions, fostering open communication and trust.

I can’t recommend Village Vet in Chiswick enough! My dog, Cookie, has always been exceptionally well cared for by the entire team. After having some truly awful experiences with other clinics in the past, finding Village Vet has been a blessing. From the friendly reception staff to the dedicated nurses, and especially the amazing Rania, I have complete trust in their love and care for my furry baby. Even after moving away from Chiswick, I continue to bring Cookie back for any issues, no matter how “minor” I might think they are. Don’t be swayed by some of the fancier clinics that seem more focused on your wallet than on genuine care. Village Pet truly stands out for their compassion and commitment to your pet’s well-being. Without a doubt, the best vet clinic we have ever visited. After bringing our bloodhound in as an emergency, they cleared their schedule, performed a life saving emergency procedure and have supported us through his recovery. Without the vets and technicians at this clinic, our best friend wouldn't be with us today, we are truly grateful to everyone involved. My dog is a patient at the Ealing branch, but on a couple of occasions we've been referred to the Chiswick one instead and on both situations we've come away feeling extremely grateful. The the vets, surgeons, nurses and receptionists at this practice are truly knowledgeable and extremely kind and patient. From making you a lovely cup of tea to explaining costs in great details, nothing is ever too much for them. We've very lucky to be local to them.

I feel that my cats get the best care here. I was previously with another Vets, when one of my cats had an emergency and was referred to Elizabeth Street. The care and attention was amazing. I felt well informed with the regular calls and emails I received not only whilst he was there, but also when he returned home. I feel that I can contact them at anytime with any concerns and I will get advice. There is a great team here. Thank you guys

Have been with the practice for 4 years. Nara, our Shiba Inu, has been looked after really well through joint issues, infections, allergy diagnosis, vaccinations & Animal Health Check Certificates. The team have been thorough, helpful and personable. There is always useful advice made available and it is explained in a simple way (for example the animal health check certificate process was well explained in person and followed up over email with the courier for our dog when travelling to Spain) It has always been straightforward to access medical records and make insurance claims. We have been very satisfied with our experience at the vets. There's a handy shop inside too should you need anything from hypoallergenic food, to toys and puppy training gear. I had to find vet in emergency. Elizabeth st were great. The vet I saw was kind and caring and did a great job. Prices were really reasonable compared to other emergency vet’s. I would recommend this practice. Only one negative point. They took ages to fill in my simple insurance form over 5 weeks. Way too long . And although promised call backs I never got them. This needs addressing.

A huge thank you to all the team! This morning my dog had some blood in his urine and when I called the Elizabeth street veterinary clinic, they were very helpful and found an appointment for me very quickly. When I came in, everyone was absolutely lovely and nice. The vet I met with took time to understand what was going on, asking a lot of questions and not jumping into conclusions. She took some time to reassure me and explain the next steps in order for my dog to receive the proper care. Thank you so so much! I am very grateful!

We took our very poorly dog in as an emergency. I was on my own and incredibly distressed as I watched our boy deteriorate in front of me. Vet Riccardo was so warm and kind. I knew our dog Squid was in the best possible hands. He was kept in for monitoring and treatment for 2 days and I picked him up, his happy go lucky self. Yes, vet fees are huge and we couldn’t have afforded the care without insurance. But I felt he was in the best hands with Riccardo. Thank you so much to the Riccardo and everyone who looked after Squid during his stay. We appreciate the long work you do, especially to be working over Christmas.

Nala cut her foot pretty badly, and lots of blood. I was very worried (in shock tbh), but Georgie was very reassuring and calmed me down, explained it wasn’t too awful. I left Nala with them for the day (Sunday) and when I picked her up, she was stitched, bandaged and wagging her tail happily, such a relief and very happy with the treatment and general service. Cost was expensive, but reasonably acceptable for a Sunday. The following day, took her in for a change of bandage and everything was looking good. I’ve now had bandage off a few days and let her off the lead yesterday and everything seems very well. Thanks Medivet Camberwell

This is the best medivet branch. Bert, Bruno and Daphne in particular are outstanding vets, reception staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful and empathetic. My dog is very anxious and fussy, she was shaking when going to other vets until we registered to Camberwell. The team is focused on animals welfare, they have always advised what’s best for our dog without trying to rip you off or upsell services or products which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend them!

A caring, thoughtful and professional team oversaw the care of my aging parrot over three days recently. I was called twice a day with updates. Today I was advised her breathing had deteriorated. It was suggested I come in. I was able to enter before opening hours and spend time either my pet. I want to particular note the care given by Sema and Hannah today, as I made the difficult decision to let my pet of over 31 years, go. And before then Dr. Michaela explained in detail the care Bridgitte would get. The cost of her care was given to me before admitting her, and I was also given the estimated costs of additional care, if I chose. I can’t say enough good things about this facility. I recommend them highly to anyone who wants the best care, oversight, empathy and professionalism.

I just had my second appointment with Dr. Colin Clarke for my pet rats, and I can confidently say they are an absolute legend! Dr. Clarke is incredibly attentive, experienced, and knowledgeable. On top of that, they are very kind and sweet with animals, making the whole experience as stress-free and comfortable as possible. I was provided with full information about my rats’ conditions, given clear advice on their treatments, and was able to pick up their medications at the reception. Highly recommend!

Very grateful for the continued support of the whole team at KVC. Kay is an absolute superstar - no question is ever a silly question. She’s so friendly and always happy to go above and beyond to help. Our dog, Rolo had a minor surgery but is naturally a very anxious dog. On the day, the team collectively made it a very calm environment for Rolo and us! They kept us up to date throughout the day and when we came to collect Rolo he was all wrapped up in a lovely blanket and looked very relaxed. They gave us helpful after-care information on how to look after him. I can’t remember the name of the lovely young female vet who looked after Rolo but she was very professional, caring and gentle with Rolo. We’re extremely grateful for all the support we’ve had and would highly recommend this veterinary practise. Thank you!
