“This isn’t our usual vet - which is 150 miles away - but am now registered for when we are in London with our Tibetan, Ted. I am extremely glad we found such an excellent practice. Our 12 year old dog became ill suddenly and it was very worrying. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the practice was lovely & Jill, the vet was thorough and very reassuring. Thank you.”

“Village Vet is a wonderful place. I've been with them for years and I've always received exceptional care for my pets. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When I temporarily moved to another area I was disappointed with the service at the local clinic. Neither my cat nor I felt the same level of warmth attention and kindness that we've always experienced at Village Vet. I returned to Village Vet even though it meant a longer commute. Thank you for all the years of excellent care you've provided to me and my furry friends.”

“A special thank you to Dr. Adam Rouan for the incredible care he gave my 7-month-old kitten. She had quite a few issues, and Adam went above and beyond to figure out the best treatment with minimal side effects. This was particularly important since my kitten was so small at the time, and many medications carried risks. He was so patient and thorough, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. I am very grateful that he treats her with so much care, has attention to detail and a sincere desire to help. And I think my adorable kitten stole his heart ;) Also, a big thank you to the lovely ladies at reception, Serena and Jasmin, who are always so friendly and helpful, making every visit much easier and nurse Jessica with her sweet little Poppy that brightens everyone’s day. You’ve all been amazing—thank you so much!”

“We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!”

“Nala cut her foot pretty badly, and lots of blood. I was very worried (in shock tbh), but Georgie was very reassuring and calmed me down, explained it wasn’t too awful. I left Nala with them for the day (Sunday) and when I picked her up, she was stitched, bandaged and wagging her tail happily, such a relief and very happy with the treatment and general service. Cost was expensive, but reasonably acceptable for a Sunday. The following day, took her in for a change of bandage and everything was looking good. I’ve now had bandage off a few days and let her off the lead yesterday and everything seems very well. Thanks Medivet Camberwell”

“I just had my second appointment with Dr. Colin Clarke for my pet rats, and I can confidently say they are an absolute legend! Dr. Clarke is incredibly attentive, experienced, and knowledgeable. On top of that, they are very kind and sweet with animals, making the whole experience as stress-free and comfortable as possible. I was provided with full information about my rats’ conditions, given clear advice on their treatments, and was able to pick up their medications at the reception. Highly recommend!”

“I had to find vet in emergency. Elizabeth st were great. The vet I saw was kind and caring and did a great job. Prices were really reasonable compared to other emergency vet’s. I would recommend this practice. Only one negative point. They took ages to fill in my simple insurance form over 5 weeks. Way too long . And although promised call backs I never got them. This needs addressing.”
