I absolutely LOVE this team! They’re always so sweet and attentive when I bring my two babies there! From the doctors to the front desk, I can say this is the BEST team ever! Both of my kittens were neutered there, and the team always calls me the next day to know how they’re doing. Honestly, I feel so safe and confident when I go there, that I definitely don’t mind to pay the price. My cat’s safety comes first, and I know they love each and every single patient and if they were their own! Zaya and Nacho say “Love you all!”

My cat stayed in the outdoor cattery for 6 nights. It is priced well and I liked that they were part of a vet in case anything happened. Only downside is I wish they could provide more regular updates instead of one. Will use their services again.

Professional, caring, and clearly love what they do! I had my little furball stay at their cattery for two weeks. The staff was very understanding and attentive to our needs, questions, and concerns. They showed us the entire facility a few weeks prior and explained their entire structure of the cattery. The place is kept very clean and organized. Everything is on a structured schedule, every little thing has its place and purpose. They have plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor cats and also have indoor "cabins" with windows to the outside (wherever possible). The layout of the entire hotel is very cleverly planned out. The price is also very reasonable, especially for the quality of service you receive! We also received updates twice a week with pictures. If your cat is someone who is fine with staying in such a hotel with other cats, then I would highly recommend this place! 5 stars across the board! As a bonus, it's a medical center, i.e. trained professionals and vets are the ones taking care of your pets. So knowing that they are properly equipped to deal with unforeseen circumstances definitely takes away a bit of stress while being away.

We bring my small dog here about once a year to have his glands cleaned when he’s looking uncomfortable, sore and licking a lot. It’s not the nicest procedure for our poor pooch but the nurse and staff always welcome him warmly and are very gentle and kind to him. You can tell they really care about the animals. Our pooch comes out with his tail waggling. Would highly recommend Animal Medical Centre

This isn’t our usual vet - which is 150 miles away - but am now registered for when we are in London with our Tibetan, Ted. I am extremely glad we found such an excellent practice. Our 12 year old dog became ill suddenly and it was very worrying. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the practice was lovely & Jill, the vet was thorough and very reassuring. Thank you.

An amazing team of people who are understanding and caring. I was desperate for an appointment, my usual branch didn’t have any as I had missed the appointment due to being stuck in traffic, but my poor cat had a wound under his neck and needed to be seen. Receptionist was swift to find the same day appointment for us. Vet Grace was absolutely fantastic and understanding, she and the nurse working the shift with her took great care of my cat ( he’s not a great fan of the vets and gets into his tiger mode). Grace suggested the best way for me to treat my poorly cat at home? understood my financial situation and why I opted for a home care option rather than having him treated at the vets for a few days. Keeping in touch with the surgery via email and sending them pictures with updates of the wound gave me assurance that everything will be okay. Thank you team!❤️ Definitely recommend signing up with this branch if you haven’t already!

I would like to share my experience with the veterinarian David Condesa Rubiera. My dog Rico is almost 15 years old, so you can imagine how many veterinarian I have had to visit over the years. David is by far the best! My dog has a lot of health issues and needed to have 26 teeth removed. Other vets have refused to remove them due to my dogs heart condition and age, but David did not hesitate. He went through the pros and cons and all worked out well. He was recommended to me by other dog owners who also speak so highly of him. David is extremely professional, gets to the point, patient, caring and understanding. I can not speak any higher of him. I had been with medivet for 10 year and with Cross Street branch at least 7years. I had to take my cats abroad with me since I moved for work. David was super helpful with the paperwork. Also he prioritized my bookings to speed up the time sensitive process. I strongly recommend Medivet as they are experienced in pet export processes and all the other cat health issues.

Excellent, caring service with a very sensitive approach toward budget. Our beloved, and uninsured, cat Albert had persistent, mysterious health issues throughout the last few months of 2018. Sheldon provided incredibly thorough care, whilst always being mindful to do diagnostic examinations in stages to be respectful of our budget - never doing unnecessary examinations until all other options had been eliminated. Albert received top notch medical care the whole way and is now in full health again. Many thanks to the team at Village Vet Highgate for constantly going above and beyond to deliver the best care. My original review in early 2018: Had to take our cat Albert in for a haircut and some dental work. The vets were lovely and did a fantastic job - he's a new man since having 3 rotten teeth removed, a much happier chap. The whole process was handled fantastically at Village Vet Highgate, with us being kept constantly updated by phone on Albert's progress. He's had a few complimentary check-ups since the procedure to ensure all is healing well, and because he had dental work he now receives complimentary 6 month dental checks for the rest of his life. I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

Best vetrinary practice in London and very much likely the UK. Dr.Dale and Margaret are an amazing team, they consistently go above and beyond for our non human family members. They prioritise and advocate for their patients, our pets- as it should be. Honest, reliable and trustworthy. We've been registered at multiple vet practices over the years, no other practice has shown the level of knowledge and dedication as Amwell has. So thankful our dog has been and continues to be safe in their care.

After being with many different vets taken over by big vet corporations.. charging us a fortune and not sorting out our dogs problems, seeing a different vet each time you go in to review his condition. we were so happy to find Amwell vets. They sorted out his problems so quickly. It’s so nice that you see the same person each time you’re here, they know your pet and really care. So so so happy to have our pup in their care, we just feel like he is in the most capable hands possible.

I feel that my cats get the best care here. I was previously with another Vets, when one of my cats had an emergency and was referred to Elizabeth Street. The care and attention was amazing. I felt well informed with the regular calls and emails I received not only whilst he was there, but also when he returned home. I had to find vet in emergency. Elizabeth st were great. The vet I saw was kind and caring and did a great job. Prices were really reasonable compared to other emergency vet’s. I would recommend this practice. Only one negative point. They took ages to fill in my simple insurance form over 5 weeks. Way too long . And although promised call backs I never got them. This needs addressing.

A huge thank you to all the team! This morning my dog had some blood in his urine and when I called the Elizabeth street veterinary clinic, they were very helpful and found an appointment for me very quickly. When I came in, everyone was absolutely lovely and nice. The vet I met with took time to understand what was going on, asking a lot of questions and not jumping into conclusions. Honestly I came across this vet today on a Saturday afternoon as an emergency as my 18 year old cat was not well at all. I previously took him to Bluecross Victoria & they were no good and was telling me I had to leave my cat overnight for scan and that he might not make it the night. I called this place and they said they were able to do a scan straight away after a vet examined him. They then discussed with us that my cat was very weak and had too many health issues and me and my sisters just decided to put him out of his missery. This vet honestly I will sing its praise out loud I’m so grateful I came across you lovely people and so happy that my baby was able to have peaceful sleep and can finally put to rest. Very grateful for the continued support of the whole team at KVC. Kay is an absolute superstar - no question is ever a silly question. She’s so friendly and always happy to go above and beyond to help. Our dog, Rolo had a minor surgery but is naturally a very anxious dog. On the day, the team collectively made it a very calm environment for Rolo and us! They kept us up to date throughout the day and when we came to collect Rolo he was all wrapped up in a lovely blanket and looked very relaxed. They gave us helpful after-care information on how to look after him. I can’t remember the name of the lovely young female vet who looked after Rolo but she was very professional, caring and gentle with Rolo. We’re extremely grateful for all the support we’ve had and would highly recommend this veterinary practise. Thank you!

This isn't my usual branch of Village Vet, but I have been here before when my normal branch in St John's Wood was flooded. Had to bring my poorly cat Arthur here during the festive season as there were no appointments at our usual - and they were just as great as our regular vets. Friendly, honest and expert professional service. The vet was lovely and my cat was looked after with care and treated for a reasonable price. Fingers crossed, he seems to be back to his bright-eyed and bushy-tailed self now! Thanks so much to everyone at Village Vet Primrose Hill.
