I broke down on my motorbike on my way to work and was absolutely distraught, but thankfully TSR Motorworks was nearby and managed to diagnose the problem and order in a new part immediately! Fixed in record time! I had an outstanding experience with TSR Motorworks. It was my first time using their services, and I had booked my car in to have the air conditioning regassed. Alex and his colleague spent almost two hours trying to fix the problem. Despite my car being only 3 years old, Alex concluded after several different tests that there seemed to be a problem with the compressor. Alex appeared genuinely disappointed that he couldn't fix the problem, although I have no doubt that once the dealership confirms the same and tries to overcharge me for a replacement, I'll definitely come back to Alex. It's also important to note that Alex refused to take any money, despite my insistence that he accept something for his time and efforts. I've been in business for 25 years, and it's not often I get to say that I met a genuinely honest and knowledgeable person today.
