Spoke to the owner at 8am - chatted for 20 minutes - he asked detailed questions and offered his advice. His advice cost him money but he was completely upfront: take the second hand car that I had just purchased, straight back to the dealer and get a refund. No messing about. He put my rights to return the car ahead of his option to make some money off me. (Possibly a lot of money, if the problem was as big as he warned me of.) He said he'd happily look at the car, trying to find the cause of the fault, but that I would be far better off just returning the car. All of that time and expertise, for nothing. I came here because countless friends have raved about how this is the only garage they trust implicitly. Now I know why. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this garage.

We contacted this garage last minute as we had a problem with our gears. They were amazing and helped us out straight away, including coming to pick up the car as I couldn’t get it out with only the 3rd and 4th gear working. They diagnosed and fixed the problem super quickly for us and we ended up also getting a service done as we had a few recommended things outstanding from our previous MOT. The work was great and the car was also the cleanest I have ever seen it when it came back, which was a nice extra surprise. They’re really communicative and helpful and would highly recommend.

I recently had an engine problem and needed my car looked at asap. I contacted the garage and the receptionist Sinead arranged to see my car very quickly. Went in for MOT test. I did the booking on WhatsApp for 11 30, and on 11 30 my car was in for test. The waiting room is really nice, you have coffee machine and you have windows to see the work they are doing for your car. The reception staff nice as well. I recommend them.

I cannot thank Alex, Coco, Ella and Danny at CarFix Garage in Colindeep Lane, in Colindale for their friendly and professional service they provided for me, on my Ford Focus. From the very 1st call to enquire about the issue I had with my new car (only brought it a few days before, from what I thought was an honest dealership, turned out not to be), to coming in with my car, Alex diagnosed the fault, explained everything to me, and has been just so so helpful and kind. I was very upset by the dealership that lied to me about a hidden problem that did not show up on any online check, as it was a recent problem. CarFix have been totally amazing, and I cannot thank them enough. The garage is huge and, the waiting room upstairs is very big, with a TV and coffee machine and cold drinks freezer, plus lots of chocolates to eat, all free of charge. There are toilets upstairs near the waiting room. The waiting room over looks the workshop, so you can see your car being fixed! Downstairs in Reception, lovely Coco, along with her colleague Ella, were just wonderful. So helpful and so so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me, as I was so stressed about the car. They lent me a phone charger whilst I waited for my car to be fixed, and said if there is anything they can do, to just ask. They are the first members of staff you see when you arrive, and they honestly, are a credit to the company. Danny has been simply WONDERFUL, I don’t know where to begin. There were a few issues with my car when I brought it in, and Danny couldn’t do enough to reassure me that the car will be 100%, and I mustn’t worry. I had to bring that car back for something else a day or so later, and I left the car whilst Danny worked on it (this was on Saturday 18th January 2025) , but I was running late to pick the car up. I messaged Danny and he said don’t worry, he will wait for me to get here, and he did, an hour after the garage shut!! How amazing was that? I felt so bad, as I was travelling by other means of transport to get to CarFix to pick the car up, and Danny waited over an hour after closing time, so that he could give me the keys back to my car, and have the car back for the rest of the weekend. I truly don’t know of any garage that has members of staff that are so kind like this, and in my 36 years of driving, I’ve been to many garages with different cars I’ve had, but never had the fantastic customer service that I have experienced with CarFix in Colindeep Lane in Colindale. Danny goes above and beyond to make sure not only the car is fixed and 100% ok, but he has the most amazing, down to earth, genuine and friendly personality, that as a customer, reassured me, and that is why I will always use CarFix in Colindale. Danny you are a credit to the company, and I really hope your boss sees this review, because you deserve the allocade. My son is also so impressed at how down to earth you are, and the highly professional service you provide for your customers and their vehicles. On Saturday 21/12/24 I called AGM Auto Centre to ask them if they could sort my car out and without hesitation they said "bring it in" we had called other places but they could not accommodate us. So we drove it in and explained what had happened. The service that we got from the staff was absolutely great, they were helpful, polite and obviously know what they are doing. A great big thank you as we needed the car Christmas day to visit family. If it hadn't been for your helpfulness and taking the car in we would not be able to visit our family over Christmas. I would most definitely recommend AGM motors. A big thank you to all of the staff that work there and sorted our car out. I would certainly go back again in the future. All the best for 2025.

I've just had my MOT at Iverson Motors and they're incredible. I never write reviews but I've always had such bad experiences having my MOT's done (presuming because I am a female) but Iverson Motors were great - made me feel comfortable and it was completed within an hour! I will be using them all the time now. Highly recommend.
