I recently took my car for its MOT, marking the second time I’ve booked with this service. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could schedule my MOT just an hour before my appointment, which was incredibly convenient. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff and engineers were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, not at all grubby, and the waiting area was warm and inviting. I particularly appreciated the complimentary cup of coffee while I waited. One standout feature was the usher who ensured that my car was safe and that I was kept in the loop during my visit. I was seen in a timely manner and received proper updates regarding any further repairs needed for my vehicle and guess what you only pay if your car passes the MOT - love it! Overall, I strongly recommend this MOT service. The combination of excellent customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency made for a great experience.

Superb as always. I'd had to reschedule appointment which couldn't have been easier. MOT started bang on time today and all done in half an hour. All staff were polite and helpful. Well done everyone.

Great despite being very busy - quick and a pass without any fuss - but if one fails there’s no cost. Much prefer a dedicated MOT centre to a garage with incentive to add things on - they where charming and complimentary about the car (apologies for the gentleman’s name) will be back!

Brilliant MOT centre. All of the staff are so kind and professional from the reception team to the mechanics. The reminder and booking confirmation texts, they are always punctual and accommodating. They make the experience an absolute walk in the park & you can sit and wait comfortably in the meantime. I definitely recommend using them for your annual MOT & love the MINI decor!
