Excellent. 100% recommend. Honest, fair and did everything he said he would do. Got my boiler up and running to get me through a weekend of no heat/water and then a few days later replaced the boiler. All went to plan! I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.

After contacting three different companies over the space of four years we still had the same issues with our drainage and plumbing system in our home… We were recommended Sandhurst plumbing company… And I wish I called them first.. The team were very professional, they did their work in a very clean and efficient manner once the job was complete. They double checked everything twice to make sure it was okay before leaving the premises. They cleaned up after their selves. Most importantly they’re very good value for money. I had a blockage between my kitchen sink and my bathroom which was causing the bathtub to gurgle every time I turned on the sink. Dan was quick to respond and diagnose the issue and his brother Sonny came the next day to fix it. He did a really thorough job and worked very cleanly, taking the time to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix it. Price was also reasonable, would recommend and use again.

Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left.
