Honestly some of the best tradespeople we've ever worked with. Don't use anyone else for your plumbing. Dave was great to deal with in terms of sorting what was needed for the job. His colleague Josh came and did the work: dual fuel adaptor fitting for towel rad, removal of old rad, installing new cast iron rad, sorting waste pipe for kitchen sink through external wall. Josh was fantastic! Really polite, super knowledgeable, incredibly thorough and most importantly the work looks super neat & tidy. A breath of fresh air to get such diligent work done. I highly recommend McHOW. Dave sent Josh to my property for a gas certificate which went smoothly. However unaware at the time, on completion of the job a louder the usual ticking on the boiler clock had somehow occurred. Dave was very helpful when I got in touch and sent Josh back the following day to disconnect the clock and solve the issue. I live in Wapping and recommend their services *****

Had a leak for about a week which damaged my walls, had called out few plumbers but could not sort out the leak and the main cause of it. After I was recommended by a friend JA plumbing the plumber came and within 10minutes he established where the leak was and straight away he started on the work. Not only he fixed the issue also recommended me to change the piping which was probably so old which I got him to carry out. It’s been a month now no leak what so ever, I am relieved to have had this plumber from JA plumbing and would recommend him to anyone. reliable guy and very thoughtful and respectful of my property, he cleaned up everything and left the place looking like it’s never been worked on. Price for the work was spot on as in my past experience I had plumbers trying to rip me off. Highly recommended plumber in town.

Minar was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I called, I could see the difference between this company and the others I called before. Minar immediately asked me follow up questions to help diagnose the problem, explained possible scenarios, provided advice and gave me cost estimates. Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost. I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.

They look at your issue and find on their iPad a description that best fits your repair and give you the quote that's recommended by the company. They don't take into consideration your specific need or how long it will take. So, I would say it's a corporate problem here with their overpricing habits. I would highly recommend you get at least a second opinion/estimate before using this company.
