I see Jane three times a year and always look forward to it. I am 60 and, apart from one implant, I have all my teeth and no fillings. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is excellent. Thorough without being brutal. Five stars and I will keep coming back.

I always have an amazing experience at the Marshgate Dental Practice! The entire staff is friendly and professional, but I especially want to highlight Anna, the hygienist. She made me feel so comfortable, was incredibly thorough, and gave me great tips for keeping my teeth healthy. I’ve never felt more at ease during a cleaning. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with this dental practice as a whole. It had been a while since I visited the dentist. Reception walked me through the quick registration process patiently. The hygienist took such great care with me and taught me about alternatives to flossing that I didn't know existed! I had to get a wisdom tooth removed and was very nervous but the dentist and his assistant were so communicative and gentle. I didn't feel any pain and the aftercare was thoughtful. I'm all healed and very grateful that I found my new dental practice.

The best dental practice I have ever been to by far. I still travel quite far to get here since moving a few years ago. Jane is exceptional and Dev is wonderful too. Feel very lucky to have such a great and consistent dental practice. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Wonderful cafe serving an awesome selection of home made cakes. Owners Cleo and Nick are also very lovely and gave the cafe a very friendly homely feel. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Richmond.

Our absolute favourite breakfast place in Richmond. The owners are so welcoming and recognise regular customers, which makes such a diffrerence. We’re gutted that the pandemic has prevented us from eating in for months, but the takeaway food is always such high quality and great value for money. The egg and bacon panini is my favourite option on the menu (pictured here), and we order these frequently as they are delicious!! A must visit for anybody in Richmond looking for a great breakfast! Highly recommend.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at Café Milano. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the selection of pastries and breakfast is amazing. The pastries are fresh, flavourful, and perfectly paired with expertly brewed coffee. The service is impeccable—attentive, yet relaxed, making for a very comfortable experience. I’ll recommend Cafe Milano to everyone, and I look forward to returning soon!

I highly recommend SES for any electrical work! Byron and the team are super experienced and trustworthy. It's definitely worth it to have someone do the job right. I can’t thank Byron and the SES Electrical Contractors team enough! After waking up to no electricity in the house, I spent hours calling other electricians but couldn’t find anyone available. Thankfully, I was recommended SES Electrical, and from the moment I spoke to Byron, the service was amazing. He kindly offered to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before arranging a visit, patiently guiding me through a few steps and helping me resolve the issue myself! This saved me at least £300 in Electrian costs/call out fees, and was such kind and professional service which made my day. I highly recommend Byron and the SES team enough for any electrical needs!

We are delighted and relieved to have connected with SES Electrical Contractors, which has systematically sorted out a number of overdue issues with electrical installations including emergency lighting, fire alarm systems and most recently adding motion-sensor lighting for the communal staircase. The managing director, Byron Sanders, went the extra mile to ensure that this latest installation was the best it could be. We have now met several SES technicians and they have all been professional, capable and personable. I have no reservations in recommending the company.

The cutest little cafe near Richmond station! Perfect place to stop for a quick brunch before heading to Kew Gardens. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The cafe is beautifully decorated and feels super cozy (though can feel a little stuffy). We ordered a honey toast, and I got an iced hojicha latte. The staff very kindly offered to add syrup to my drink if needed. Both items were faultless, even rivalling that of more well-known cafes. 10/10 would recommend.

Such a sweet little place!!! I’ve been multiple times, have had the masala chai in and to go which is lovely and warming. The cafe’s crockery is so cute (I believe they also sell it?). Yesterday my partner and I went, we got the thai lime iced tea and bahn mi to go. YUMMMMMMM. We were both head over heels with the drink, he also really enjoyed the bahn mi. The vibes of the place are really cute— can be hard to find someplace to sit as there aren’t too many seats. Decor’s really cute!!

phenomenal! came for both a coffee in the morning and the açai bowl, both were incredible. they even asked if i would like the banana bread warm which i loved. such a sweet and cozy cafe with the most lovely owners. definitely recommend if you are in richmond!

I had an awful situation where I’d fainted and fractured a front veneered tooth - I looked a right sight! Hap and his team accommodated me at such short notice (and at a weekend). I don’t know how he did it, but in 30 minutes Hap had transformed a nightmare back to a smileable reality - he is so skilled, I was not expecting such a flawless looking interim repair. He clearly explained the next steps - I know I am in the best pair of hands. It is the most relaxing surgery you can walk into too. Thank you.

As someone who has had a life long phobia of dentists & anything teeth related, I was very apprehensive at first, needing my partner to come to the first two appointments with me. I am pleased to say at my last appointment I was smiling & laughing, & that is all thanks to Dr Hap Gill & his wonderful team. Right from the start everyone was very patient & caring, they took time to get to know me, listen to me & explain everything clearly to me (I've had Invisalign & 3 veneers), which really built up my trust. They even played my favourite music to help me feel relaxed! I can't recommend them enough & wish I had found them sooner. The best dental practice for very nervous patients. From the moment I made contact due to an emergency the care and compassion I was shown was second to none . Lizzy on reception was so kind and answered all my questions and concerns prior to my arrival there. On arrival Lizzy helped calm me when I burst into tears with the nerves. She is so kind and is a credit to the team. Dr Hap Gill is amazing his calm, gentle, professional approach made me feel I was in good hands and I sure was . He spoke to me about my fears and gave me the best treatment I was calmer than I have ever been. Lorna the kind gentle dental nurse really looked after me chatting and reassuring me I felt so looked after by her I just felt so understood and cared for . She is very experienced and professional she just knows if you need to take a break. I came to this dentist as a stranger and felt like a friend when I left there. I have started my journey with the Richmond dentist team and if anyone reading this is as nervous as I am then please do not hesitate to make an appointment with this wonderful team.. you will be surprised at how kind they are and you will be so well cared for. Outstanding service from Andrei and colleagues who installed a Joule unvented cylinder for me recently at very short notice. Very professional and skilled work carried out with real care and attention. Andrei also did some extra light installations. Highly recommend Andrei - nothing is too much trouble!

I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. Very highly recommended. Brilliant service!!!

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

Extremely happy with Dr Mani and his team! Lovely Rafi from the reception desk is very responsive and made sure I received a next day appointment for an emergency. Her communication is extremely kind and helpful which makes any dental experience much more pleasant. Dr Mani is very experienced and skilled. He laid out several options for my treatment and made sure I fully understood all aspects of it. The clinic provides excellent quality of dental and patient care. I feel very safe and well taken care of. Regular visits with the hygienist Ms Manshadi are effective and quick. Lastly, the location of the clinic is great and the interiors are beautiful which definitely adds to comfort and ease.

I left a voicemail late on Saturday evening having just broken a front tooth on a piece of crispy duck. The receptionist called back first thing on Sunday morning and managed to fit me in later that day. I was treated by Dr Mehdi Dehgani who did a temporary fix and I am absolutely delighted with the result. He was extremely professional and reassuring and explained my options going forward. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at The Smile Studio, Richmond, you definitely feel that you are in safe hands. Well done everyone and on a Sunday too!

Had to have a lot of work done on my teeth, a very professional and relaxed atmosphere. Dr Mani is very efficient and puts you at ease. I could see the results of all his work straight away. I am glad I went to smile studios, the fact that they are also open 7 days a week is good in case of emergencies. Recommended!

Dr Mehdi replaced my damaged upper incisor veneers with crowns today, and I am very happy with the whole process - so fast getting my appointments to work around my available hours, and the turnaround from temporary to permanent crowns so quick. Barry the technician was brilliant, Rafi super efficient and bright on reception, Dr Mehdi great at putting me at ease and the nurse helping also very kind. Very grateful to the team for taking care of me.

Waymore home carried out a complete bathroom refurbishment in our house with excellent finish. They did electrical work and fitted the lights, floor and wall tiling following up with grouting and applying silicone, refitting the shower tray with the glass enclosure, amending waste and hot and cold pipes, bath, valves and mirror fitting. One of the most important factors, amongst many and why we picked them was the clear communication from the commencement of the project to the finish, they talked us through every single detail of the work, and provided a thorough breakdown of the cost. This gave us assurance that we had chosen the right contractors. Thank you to the team, we are very pleased and would happily recommend them to our friends and neighbours.

Andy and his team at Waymore Home did an incredibly good job with our complete kitchen and dining room project - including all electrics, plumbing, installation of kitchen units, cabinets and appliances, and all plasterboarding and plastering once everything was fitted in. All the work was done to an impeccable standard, we couldn’t recommend them enough. From beginning to end of the project, Andy was responsive and kept us up to speed with anything that came up - he diligently and professionally project managed things (giving us huge reassurance throughout the process). He and the team were very proactive not just in flagging any issues that came up (as they inevitably do in such projects), but also by providing helpful advice and implementing solutions. The project started with demolition of the old kitchen, including stripping out all cabinets, appliances, doorframes, windowframes and tiling until the kitchen was down to its shell. They quickly identified a couple unexpected issues with the floor, and the electrics. In both cases, they were able to resolve the issue with no delay to our project. Electrics: Waymore Home rewired the whole kitchen, fitted new sockets, switches and lights, and installed a new consumer unit for the kitchen and garage, providing an electrical certificate for the work at the end. Plumbing: Andy and the team completely replaced the hot and cold water connections to the kitchen, replaced waste connections, fit the basin and tap, applied silicone, replaced the internal stop and redirected it to be under the sink. They also refit radiators after finishing the kitchen. Kitchen installation/ plasterboarding/ plastering: once all kitchen units, cabinets and appliances were in place, they finished all the plasterboarding and plastering for the kitchen to a very high spec.

Andy & the team renovated our whole bathroom. The bathroom was totally stripped out. The renovation included all electrical works (new lights, socket, extractor); carpentry works (new floors, ceilings); plumbing works and sanitary ware fitting (new sink, shower, bath, toilet, radiator) and the tiling of the walls & floor. Challenges were discussed/solved collaboratively with cost implications agreed prior to changes being made. Given the quality of work & our experience, we will contract Waymore to renovate our kitchen and would recommend their services to others.
