We use Jiten for our fire safety certificates, electrical safety certificate, and PAT certificate. Always give us good service and very reasonably priced, have been using them for many years and they never raised their prices in this time. I had an issue with my bathroom spot-lights as they were integrated spot lights and I wanted these changed to ones replaceable LED bulbs. BS Electrical Services gave really good advice on what works were essential and stuck to the time and date we had arranged, this is not common for other electricians I have used in the past. Not only was the quality of work top notch but they also ensured the area was clean before leaving. Even taught me a few handy tips if I have any issues in the future which were really useful. If you need an electrician in Stanmore I would highly recommend them.

Ben did for us few electrical jobs around the house. Before we did the changes, we had to consult with Ben few concerns which he always explained what was the best options. Having things explained in a relaxed, knowledgeable and kind way gave us full understanding and confidence. All jobs were reasonable priced and beautifully done 🙂 On top he didn’t leave until he made sure he’s leaving everything is clean and tidy. Highly recommend !!!!

Quick and fast service. Quickly diagnosed the issue with my garden light through pictures I sent and said I needed a new light. The sensor was completely broken. He sent me recommendations and came out the next day to replace the light. Gives me comfort he has a one year guarantee period so will come back out if any issues.

Aziz and the team were great! They showed up on time, diagnosed the fault, explained everything well and gave us options on how to proceed. The rates were perhaps a little pricey, but for a call out at short notice on the weekend seemed fair! (And they were explained to us upfront without any hidden charges).

Terry is one of the nicest blokes I've met. Felt comfortable leaving him at the house while I went out. Done the job to a very high standard but at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and wouldn't have anyone else back at my house to do any future work apart from him.

Terry put a new fuse box in our old house. When our new house needed an upgrade I didn’t look elsewhere. He has also done some other work for us. Reasonably priced, turns up when he says he will and is tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Terry arrived on time to do the work as promised. The work was done in a safe and professional manner and I was not charged more than what we agreed before the work was done. Every time they needed to have a look at the electric plugs for testing reasons etc.in the House they always ask politely and when they left the house it was clean and tidy as before they arrived. Terry of East London electrical came and done some good work around my house on a couple of occassions. I needed my extension wired sockets and lights back to my distribution board and a certificate after the work was completed. Can recommend him and a fair price too.

Love the food here, and with the Fork discount it's an amazing deal. The lamb chops are to die for !! And the desserts are outstanding!!! The service can be a bit slow, but the chef takes great care in beautifully presented and delicious dishes. I would recommend this restaurant and have been a few times now. TL;DR: Stumbled on this place and were treated to the best food of our travels. We'd been traveling for almost 8 weeks by this stage and the gloss of O/S adventures was starting to fade. After a day of playing tourist in London we looked for somewhere to eat but nothing we saw seemed attractive. After some walking around Stratford we happened upon a strip with quite a few restaurants. We were set to enter one establishment but it had a closed sign so we looked next door and found this place advertised as a Japanese-Peru fusion. I was aware that Peru had a large population of Japanese descent but had not tried the food. We opted for one of their tasting menus to experience as much as we could at one sitting. It turned out to be one of the better decisions fo our travels. The food was outstanding. While recognisably of Japanese origin the Peruvian twists were stunning. Each of the decisions were beautifully presented but tasted even better than it looked. Our host explained each of the courses in loving detailed as they were (rightfully) proud of what was being produced. We're now back in Australia but will relive the memories of this place with great fondness.

Incredible food and phenomenal flavours but slow services. The food was spectacular and so flavourful, the staff were incredibly nice. However the service was a bit slow and food didn’t arrive together but that was fine because it’s really delicious. Highly recommend the ceviche deluxe!

Jean-Billy was recommended by friends of ours after he had completed an Ohme installation at their home. Jean-Billy is one of the best recommendations we have ever had. He is truly one of the kindest human beings we have ever met. He completed an installation of a Hypervolt EV charger for us today. His workmanship is excellent, a true professional, no mess, no fuss & even found the time to have a chat. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Phenomenal service from Billy at JB Electrics LTD who installed a new electric vehicle charger and a separate fuse board. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Pricing was competitive and there were no hidden charges. The EV charger was installed flawlessly and Billy’s attention to detail was impressive from a safety and aesthetic perspective as he was able to hide the cables. The work area was left spotless and in less than 24 hours, I received an electrical safety certificate and Building Control Certificate. I would highly recommend JB Electrics LTD for anyone needing reliable electrical work. It’s clear that they take pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves!

Billy is brilliant - super helpful through the selection of the charger process, giving excellent advice on the differences between them, how they work with tariffs etc. Chasing down suppliers for us and then installed the charger without any fuss or mess, coming to fit it at very short notice (the same day as the charger arrived!) Highly recommended, sensible advice in a somewhat confusing space. Give Billy a go!

Antonio welcomed us with such warmth, we felt like privileged locals! Immediately we were very happy to be here having come all the way from SE5 to visit this fabulous independent cafe! The atmosphere was warm, friendly and felt so welcoming and that’s entirely down to the care and hospitality Antonio brings. We were delighted with our food which was served quickly and which was DELICIOUS! Excellent quality food, perfect portions and the food was carefully and thoughtfully prepared. There is a great variety on the menu, lots of plant based food, and superb coffee. We were not disappointed at all having made the journey, we left feeling like we’d just visited precious friends for a meal and we will definitely be back. Thank you Antonio! Outside the tables have a book on them if you don’t want to scroll on your phone, a really nice touch. And the cafe is dog friendly - extra awesome 🙌🏼

I had the vegan breakfast at this spot for the first time on Boxing Day in 2025. From the moment I arrived, I felt immensely welcome and considered. The owners take great pride in their coffee, not only how it tastes, but also how it's ethically sourced. I came for food and a smoothie, but was convinced to try their coffee and was very glad that I did. The food was healthy, delicious and the smoothie also spot on. I'll be coming back to this spot many times more.

One of my favorite coffee spots in London! The coffee here is absolutely amazing – rich, authentic, and always feels like a proper cup of coffee. They have a great variety of vegan options, which is a big plus. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with the shop always being clean and well-maintained. A wonderful cafe with lots of books and seating. Good music and nice ambient. Tables inside with power sockets are great for working and its unusually late opening times means people can work for longer in the evening hours too. Had the veggie breakfast which was excellent. Hopefully there are more food selections on the menu especially hot/comfort food as the weather gets colder. The staff were really friendly and they sell coffee beans as well.

Excellent atmosphere, lovely service and delicious food. I’d highly recommend their gluten-free options - including their new PIZZAS!! Which amazingly, they can make any of the pizzas gluten-free which is a rarity ! It was delicious and the staff were very attentive to my order customisation. They also have lovely gluten-free vegan pancakes and a whole variety of salads, small plates… they have something for everyone any time of day! I’ve brought friends and family visiting here and it’s our new go-to 💚

The service, atmosphere and food were all great. Our waitress was super attentive, funny and friendly, and gave excellent service. I could see the management working in there chatting with the staff and it gave a nice energy. Even though it was raining outside, it felt really vibrant and warm inside. We stopped by this brunch restaurant just for a coffee, and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the great experience. We used to live nearby, but unfortunately, this gem wasn’t open back then. I can’t help but feel a little sad that we missed out on having this amazing spot in our neighborhood. Judging by the quality of the coffee and the atmosphere, I have no doubt their food is equally impressive. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I visited here for brunch on a weekday. I had the Persian eggs and my partner had shakshuka, flat white and matcha latte. My eggs were served a little cold and it looked beautiful, but was really just an omelette with feta and raisins sprinkled on top. There was too little feta to flavor the dish. My partner enjoyed the shakshuka. My partner said the matcha latte was excellent, and my flat white was very good. Service was very good too.

Arrived promptly, tidy work and cleaned up afterwards. Kept the tenant happy and kept in contact with me about all progress. Efficient service and prompt billing.
