A little gem of Blackheath Standard, this always inviting and vibrant coffee shop offers delicious pastries baked in house. The staff are always friendly, chatty and accommodating. Love their sourdough loves too! Highly recommend a visit!

My favorite place in the area! Everyone is always happy and welcoming you with a big smile! Amazing coffee, a variety of snacks (savory, sweet, even vegan!) many of them homemade! It’s nice to have a place like this in our area. Try the amazing focaccia with salami and mozzarella and of course their cinnamon bun! (Both homemade).

I recently had motion-detected LED lights installed in our wardrobe, along with additional lighting in the middle section. The work was done neatly and with great attention to detail. I appreciated being consulted on the cable routing, which ensured everything stayed tidy and well-organised. A new socket was also added behind the TV in our living room. The installation was completed without any damage to the walls, leaving a clean and seamless result that I’m very happy with. My experience using Certified Electricians was excellent. I had a fast response to my email enquiry regarding a replacement of an existing broken shower unit. David was extremely helpful and able to advise me on a suitable replacement. I was booked in for an appointment within a couple of days which suited me perfectly. Marlowe arrived on the day and got straight down to work. As well as being very personable, he was clearly very competent and knowledgeable, so I felt very confident in the quality of his work. I have called on Certified Electricians London Ltd three times now and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From the moment I contacted them, the communication was prompt, professional, and clear. After sending photos or short videos via text message or WhatsApp to help diagnose my issues, they scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time on each occasion. I saw their van on my way to work one morning and took a photo of their contact details painted on the side. What fortunate serendipity that has proved to be! Marlowe, my electrician on all three occasions, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the electrical issue I had on the first two occasions. He took the time to explain what was happening and offered helpful advice on how to prevent future problems. On the third occasion he fitted outdoor sockets and fitted a new ceiling light. All the work was completed to a high standard, and he made sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. On top of the technical skills, I really appreciated how friendly, respectful, and tidy he was throughout the process. It's not every day that you encounter such great customer service alongside top-notch workmanship. The first visit was from David and he got part of the lighting working for us within two hours; however, due to time constraints a return visit was planned for 8am the following day. The second visit was by Marlowe and he spent 4 hours fault finding and rectifying the issues. Marlowe was very thorough and got the lighting working properly for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago. This is the second time we have used this company and I will definitely use them again. The service is prompt, they are always on time and they just do the job in the most efficient and cost effective way.

As well as doing an urgent repair to a bathroom and extractor fan light switch, Hari also repaired a faulty electrical socket for me. As well as doing an excellent job on both repairs, Hari finished both jobs very quickly. Hari took care of the EICRs on three of my four flats, located any issues and resolved them prior to new tenancy agreements. Done politely and professionally. Also completed a full new electrical installation to a top floor kitchen, after I opted to build an acoustic stud wall. Did everuthing as per the spec, which we both worked on + finessed, changed things where needed as per his suggestion, and liaised with the carpenters. / fitters also. Job completed late 2021 and kitchen looks ace!

Jeremain and Ben were very professional, efficient and extremely thorough in their work with excellent attention to detail. They uncovered long-standing defects which they remedied promptly and returned a few days later to finish the job, fitting around our schedule and at no extra cost. The quote they provided initially was fair and there were no hidden or extra charges after they completed the work. This was such a cute hole in the wall! We stumbled upon it looking for breakfast and loved it! Our server (who I believe is the manager and/or owner) was the loveliest man with such a warm personality and great recommendations for the area. The food was delicious, filling, and such a bargain price. The coffee was tasty and everything hit the spot. I have flown many times into/out of London but never from London City. What a delight it was to discover Soul & Grain. It was the perfect place to wait to check in for my flight. The espresso was great but Tamanna Nahida was the real gem. She suggested drink options for hesitant customers and helped me decide between two favorites. I will absolutely recommend Soul & Grain because of her.
