Coccole is an absolute gem! I had the pleasure of trying their tiramisu pistachio and mocha, and they were absolutely delicious. The tiramisu pistachio was a perfect balance of creamy richness with a delightful nutty twist, while the mocha was smooth, aromatic, and paired wonderfully with the dessert. I go here as regularly as I can for a tasty Italian coffee complemented well with the wide selection of pastries, cakes and treats not to mention the delicious tiramisu, all at competitive prices! 😋 Francesco is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet, I think he must know all the locals/regulars. It's been great to see his coffee shop go from strength to strength over the last year, the sky's the limit!

went here for the first time today - SO cheap and such good coffee, service was lovely and the man was even giving out free samples of a pastry he made. it’s refreshing to see a newer business in leyton that actually understands the local community, most of us being immigrants or from lower-income backgrounds, it’s nice to have an affordable coffee shop without the typical gentrification prices. i will be taking my mum here, she’s gonna love it :p

Into the Woods is becoming a haven to me. I have been in twice now for pancakes with mixed berries and coffee whilst in the area. I am a weekday morning visitor and found it a serene atmosphere to enjoy a bite and deal with some work emails. The food is wonderful, the price point is fair and the staff are lovely. I will be back soon!

We just moved in this area and had the pleasure morning at Out of the Woods, and I can confidently say it was one of the best brunch cafe experiences we've had in a long time. From the moment we stepped into Out of the Woods, we were enveloped in the warm, friendly and cozy atmosphere, with a charming mix of rustic and modern touches that set the perfect mood for an enjoyable morning. There were lots of plants as well, which I loved. But what truly set the woods apart was the impeccable service, from all the staffs - the chefs, Monica and Chris. All of them were nothing short of exceptional. Not only did they provide personal recommendations from the menu, but she also made sure throughout the morning/afternoon that we were having a great time. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her customers were evident, and it wasn’t just us. If you find yourself in Leytonstone area, do yourself a favor and visit Out of the Woods. You won’t regret it!

Just finished a late lunch here. Great atmosphere, cute place, food was delicious. Good vegan options for my vegan sister, and meaty selection for myself. Service was quick and friendly, even making sure their eggs were cooked through for me (currently pregnant). Nice little shop with good product selection, and bakery looks yummy! Will definitely be back.

Great customer service and really lovely owners. We've visited twice in two weeks and both times we've had delicious food, drinks, coffee! I can reccomend the veggie breakfast, oat latte and definitely try their cookies and pastries!! Given the place 5 stars as nothing was too much and staff were attentive. Very welcoming, warm and friendly cafe with lovely pastries, teas, coffees, hot food and grocery items. I grabbed a hot and tasty Matcha Latte with Coconut milk and one of the best I have ever bought. Look forward to returning soon to try the vegan breakfast! This might be our 5th year running coming to Mar and Terra. It’s a beautiful family owned Portuguese spot. The food is delicious with perfect portions for a hungry tummy. The staff are friendly, have great energy, and really just make you feel at home. My biggest problem was selecting a meal. Everything on the menu looked great so I had to get expert advice from the waitress… and when I tell you it did not disappoint!

This was one of the most amazing dining experiences I’ve ever had in London. The food was absolutely divine. I ordered the saltish cod - it was exactly the kind of fish that you would get in Portugal and the portions were absolutely massive. Everything was cooked to perfection and the entire table sat in silence while they ate because it was so good. The Vino Verde we had was also delicious and a reasonable price. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody in the area. For everyone else get on a bus, train, boat or plane visit this place as soon as possible. Cannot possibly rate it any higher.

Pleasantly surprised. This place is amazing. Just the way the food is presented is so different from any other restaurant I’ve been to. I’m definitely coming back; and you should too. The staff are so nice and not overpowering at all. The portions are large as well, half of my friends took home a doggie back. Don’t get me started on the choices!!

Had dinner here with a large group - service & food were absolutely fantastic. Portion sizes were large and very filling, definitely no skimping on food in this kitchen - I'd advise to come hungry! Given the current economic climate and issues with cost of living, the food is incredibly affordable for what you get - not seen a surf and turf with lobster for £30 anywhere else in London. Will definitely be back

Great coffee, chill vibes. When I visit other "speciality" coffee shops, the coffee is too bitter or sour, with baristas focusing on latte art more than the actual coffee flavour. We just bought a property with a really old fuse box which needed replacing. Allister did the replacement with a very professional manner. He was friendly, communicated very clearly and came across as very knowledgeable :) He did a very thorough test throughout the flat after the replacement. He also took the time to explain the fuse box and what each fuse does and how to maintain it. On top of that he also helped us troubleshoot some other electrical kinks in the property which really helped in putting our minds at ease on the safety of a few electrical items. All in all a great experience!

After my previous go-to electrician left London, I’m really happy to have discovered Dion and his colleague Conni. Dion is easy to get in touch with (you can start a WhatsApp chat via the website), and they are both friendly, patient, and reliable. Dion undertook an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on a property I was in the process of purchasing. The fee for this was competitive and Dion was happy to offer a follow up call to go through the contents of the report, so I could ask questions and clarify any issues or actions required. I’ve since had Dion and Conni back to remove/replace some pendant lights and replace a defective power socket. They were in and out like ninjas - efficient and tidy! All in all I’m very happy with the service provided and I won’t hesitate to engage them again in future!

This is the second time we have been here, and the food and wine is certainly of a high quality. The restaurant serves food until 11 pm. The staff are very polite and friendly, l was impressed when the waitress said she remembered us, and even recalled what we had ordered first time. On our second visit we were given a complimentary desert. So they do valued their customers. This restaurant is a little gem, situated on a corner of Leyton High Rd, near the Leyton Orient football ground.

An extra special hidden gem this !! On the busy Leyton high street is a small tasteful oasis in the form of Orient Lounge Cocktail Bar. Not obvious as it’s hidden behind/through Orient Lounge Italian Cuisine. See my video for details. Cocktails are fairly placed at £10 and are made with quality ingredients- no rip off here. Definitely worth popping in for a glass of fizz or indeed a cocktail. (Nice toilets too)
