Chris and Andrew are excellent and friendly. Very glad we finally found electricians we trust and are very good. We had multiple issues to fix but they managed to fix all of them. The previous company we asked for a quote from didn’t even manage to see if our cooker hood still have power and quoted us an insane quote. We then contacted Chris and they worked it out straight away and was better priced!

I was searching on line for an electrical company to carry our an electrical check on a rented property in Romford and Powerbrite was local and with good reviews. I wasn't disappointed. From the first phone call everything was arranged very quickly and we received a detailed report of the remedial works that needed to be undertaken within a day. The work was booked in and additional items were added without any fuss. We were very happy with the work that was carried out - neat, efficient and at a good price. I will be going back to Chris and team in the future if we need further work.

Pieno Lleno On Sunday we payed our first visit to Pieno Lleno a Mexican restaurant in Upminster. I’m delighted to say that it won’t be our last. From the moment we arrived to the time we left everything was perfect. When we arrived we recieved a friendly welcome before being seated in one on the booths in the centre of the restaurant. We ordered a drink while we looked at the menu which features all of your Mexican favourites like Nachos . Quesadillas , Fajitas , Burritos , Chimichanga , Tacos as well as Fish , Burgers , Pizza , Pasta and Desserts. We decided to choose the Small Nachos , Jalapeño Bullets and Spicy Tequila Prawns to begin. These were delicious so now we couldn’t wait for our mains. Here we opted for a BBQ Pulled Pork Burrito and Mexican Fries and on the waiters advice the Prawn Quesadillas with a side of Onion Rings. All the food was perfectly cooked a tasted amazing. I decided to have the Churros for dessert and these were also very good and cam with caramel and chocolate sauces ans a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We finished with a coffee to end a fabulous lunch where the food was amazing and the service was excellent. So yes I would highly recommend a visit. I was also given the advice to reserve a table as not surprisingly they get very busy. Many Thanks to the team and look forward to seeing you again soon.

A great Mexican place- would definitely recommend! We thought the food here was great and the atmosphere was buzzing. The fajitas were tasty and just the right portion size, and the tacos were also delicious. They had a wide variety of drinks, including lots of brands of tequila. The staff were nice and while it took awhile to get our bill at the end, this was completely understandable given how busy it was. Would definitely recommend that you pre-book as it was packed!

We had large family booking and we were really well looked after by all staff! Excellent service and very friendly. Restaurant is beautiful lots of lovely artwork. Food was really tasty and big portions. Everyone very happy and will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you ☺️

Went there in a group of 4adults & 1kid. Very generous portion size for kids menu. We ordered few staters like Jalapeños bites, spring rolls and flaming mushrooms, all were amazing. Their main course was delicious too, we ordered Penne Arrabbiata, Veg-Chill Burrito & Veg chilli Enchilada, all were amazing.

Steve came and installed garden lighting so that we could use our garden at night time and also make the garden look spectacular in the evening, all the lighting can be controlled by my mobile phone which is an added bonus, he did a fantastic job and we are really pleased with his work he is highly recommended.

SR Electrical services did a great job for us We have just redeveloped our property and found that in the process our builders had disconnected our power supply to our garage which we really needed to sort Steve popped round when suited us and took time to talk us through how he would find a solution that did not mean making a mess of our new house. He actually listened to what we wanted rather than trying to tell us what he wanted to happen. He carried out the work to a high standard at a good price including installing a new consumer unit, put all new sockets in the garage and fitted 3 new security lights - and wired everything to our main fuse board in the house without the cables being visible. We are really happy with the work Steve did and would not hesitate recommending SR Electrical Services or having him back again in the future

Stephen was very responsive to my electrical problem, where the fuse box was tripping out cos of an appliance. He explained thoroughly how to correct the issue and was very knowledgable , professional and easy to speak to. Definitely recommend him and would contact him again if another problem arises.

We're really really pleased with all the work Stephen has done for us. He knew exactly what we needed and impressed every member of the family he met - nothing was too much trouble. He also worked closely with our kitchen and bathroom fitters, very helpfully working around their schedules. We throughly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

We eat at Tikka almost every week, and it never disappoints! The food is always delicious, with authentic Asian flavors that keep us coming back. The restaurant has a very homely and welcoming vibe. I just moved in to the area and came for bubble tea to takeaway. It was absolutely delicious! Made to your preference with regards to sugar and ice content and toppings. Amazing service from a wonderfully patient and kind assistant. I am so happy to have Tik Ka close by.

So glad we discovered this place recently. You can order takeaway via phone. Food is bang on, generous portion sizes and not overpriced. Green thai curry with chicken is full of flavour and the chicken remains moist and tender. Spicy tamarind chicken and their pad thai were delicious as well. Do not skip on their spicy bag or box- the seasoning on the chips and chicken strips is next level and highly addictive. Will be back to try the rest of the menu!

Our normal cafe was not open yet and horrible day so thought I'd try here. Not being funny but never thought of trying here as thought it was workman's cafe. Well what have I been missing? Ok, so they may not do your skinny flat white etc but all milk coffee very nice. We all ordered and had eggs on toast, sausage and egg roll and a number two breakfast. Very tasty food , not cheap ingredients.... and home made bubble and squeek!!! If you like doorstep wedge toast you will love it here. Bacon was bang on, sausage was nice, beans were good, eggs done just right but the bubble and squeek steals the show. Would I recommend... damn right yeah. Have I been too snobby by not going here before - most definitely and that is my loss. Now I've found this place though, happy days. Give it a try, have the bubble. Great service , friendly people running it and price is crazy.... how do they do it for that price? BARGAIN. Can Afford to put all up a pound or two no one will expect different in this area. Will be going back, maybe even this week

Nice breakfast at reasonable price £6.75. Tea and coffee prices shown as 35p on the menu board which is crazy compared to what you pay elsewhere. Also don’t rip you off for extra slice of toast like other cafes. Friendly staff and tables were all clean.

Took my mum in for her birthday, had coffee, cake and drinks. Great atmosphere, very reasonably priced and dog friendly too. Even brought out a birthday cake without us knowing. Took my Mum and Aunt for a treat. Absolutely excellent afternoon tea; the sandwiches are lovely, soft and fresh and the fillings tasty. Cakes very fresh and chocolate cup cake not too sweet. The homemade scone was huge, crumbly and melted in the mouth. Delighted to have Lady Grey tea as the perfect match: citrus/marmalade flavours and aromas went well with the food. Warm and friendly owners. Top notch: done with love, highly recommended

The staff are very professional, very helpful, courteous and always willing to take the extra step to make you feel at home and comfortable. It were Three. Children in today on another table and they were treated like Prince and princesses. It was so wonderful to see great atmosphere great staff ❤️‍🩹 I had Ploughman’s lunch. It was very delicious.

My self and my family would like to thank the lovely young ladies that took care of all of us on Sunday 5th January 2025.This was a treat for our 84 year old uncle and he loved every minute of it .The service from these ladies was so welcoming my niece is unable to eat the fruit in the scones the lady change it for us . The scones are to die for I cannot praise this enough They took photos for us which we loved .the afternoon tea is the best my uncle had had and he has had a fair few .I myself have been here numerous occasions with different family members and will still return this is about my 7 time at sweet rose and I certainly will be going again and so will my family .thank you from the ray family x

400 years ago in the 17th century an Englishman wrote "There's many a slip twixt cup & lip". Perhaps those visiting this cafe ought change the phrase to "many a sip.." for the cups of coffee are a nice taste and the owners are attentive to detail. I particularly liked how they put on a glove to handle food but remove it to handle money. Excellent attitude for customers. Good music choice too. Will Return. :)

A sweet local cafe conveniently located next to the tube station. The coffee is good - I had a black americano and really enjoyed it, would happily drink it every day. The marble cake was delicious: moist, chocolatey, melt-in-the-mouth soft. The staff are personable and professional. Highly recommend.
