I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. The repair was completed quickly, and the shower is now working perfectly. I really appreciated the fact that they took extra care at the job. Neil is the best. He went out of his way to advise us during the weekend. He followed up with us and told us what to do. All these over the phone without even charging us. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

We had a fantastic experience from start to end with will i am. I contacted William through Checkatrade on a Monday evening (11pm) and had someone coming to move our radiator on Wednesday morning. He was really responsive throughout, the work carried out was really good quality and afterwards Will followed up with a very detailed email with photos of the work done. Would 100% use again.

Great service. Lui - said he will arrive at a certain time. And he did arrive on time. Fixed my leaking toilet - offset connector. Fitted an additional pipe. Did all that Within 50 mins. Our shower broke one weekend and needed to be replaced. We Manzoor was able to visit the house and assess what was needed. A few days later he had sourced and replaced the shower. He was easy to deal with replied to all messages promptly and kept us updated.

Manzoor replaced 8 radiators at my mum's house. He also did quite a few extras that Mum wanted; bathroom basin tap, shower seat and he also recommended and rectified filters around the boiler and fixed the flue. Really excellent work. Manzoor was a joy to talk with and he really got on well with mum, who can be demanding. He was incredibly patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend him as my only choice of plumber.

Thank you to the Boiler & Heating Care team (especially Shaqir) for being thorough and professional in dealing with my emergency with the boiler. It seems that the previous engineer did not service the boiler as they were paid to do so had no hot water or heating on the most coldest day of the year. Jamil arrived promptly and sorted our heating and water during freezing winter. My boiler was under a year warranty and not from any gas engineer but it was installed by British Gas. They don’t have direct contact no for emergencies and just AI communication. I had eight moths old child in my house. Thanks to Jamil for helping us promptly.
