The shock of finding our boiler was 16 years old and leaking gas, was outweighed by getting a nice new Worcester boiler and on 0% interest payments over 3 years in affordable monthly installments. All done within a couple of days including flushing the system. Highly recommend. Great service guys!

Transgas removed a back boiler and installed a new gas boiler for me last year. They were the only company that wanted to tackle the task which was a relief as as soon as John came over to make a quote I felt in safe hands. The installation team were super friendly and I appreciated the text updates as to when they would be arriving. The boiler was serviced today. Again, another very friendly engineer! Gary was quick, helpful and great company for my cat! Would certainly reccomend Transgas!

Excellent, got a new boiler at a new site and the guys and the end product were all great. New boiler purrs quietly away like a contented cat. Price was also very reasonable indeed, about 40% less than the one other quote I got. Would of course re-hire.

Nelson turned up on time to provide a quote and discussed all aspects of the job. The quote was received within 48 hours and provided a description of the work to be undertaken and costs. Nelson agreed a date for the job and turned up on time. He was very polite and considerate of me and my home. Despite what other heating engineer had said . Nelson managed to get the heating cycle into the loft without any issues. His work is very neat and tidy . At the end he talked me through what he had done and how everything worked. A total pleasure to do business with , I would highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again. A great job done at a competitive price.

This is the second time we used Nelson’s services. He did a full boiler service for us last time. This time around he came out as an emergency on New Year’s Eve late afternoon to fix a very tricky leak that caused water damage to our ceiling. We feel indebted he sorted out our dripping ceiling on his day off. He’s always professional, good at communicating, and great at getting the job done. Highly recommended!

Both times he was with me very soon and left me with a functioning home. Tomas stripped out our old bathroom and replaced it with a completely new suite including flooring, ceiling, tiling and plastering . Me and my family live throughout SW London and have been using Tom for years as our plumber. Tom's a top lad and utterly professional. I had a leak in my house and he showed up the same day to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. He was tied up but agreed to slot me in for repairs couple of days later as the leak needed to be looked at urgently whilst suggesting stop gap arrangements till the repair was done. I feel confident and comfortable recommending Tom!

Tom was absolutely fantastic and really helped us out when our boiler started leaking water. He diagnosed the problem immediately and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue perfectly. Tom was brilliant – he came round to measure up my old radiators, found new ones at a good price, arranged delivery, and installed them neatly and efficiently. The radiators cost a little more than he originally quoted me for, and Tom offered to absorb the additional cost himself. During his visit, he noticed my boiler installation was suboptimal (low inlet pressure resulting from a gas line of insufficient width) and went out of his way to rectify this, so that it would be fixed before I moved into the property. The new gas line Tom installed was immaculate (in stark contrast to the pipework laid by my boiler installer!) and my boiler is now functioning optimally. Tom also went out of his way to be clean and tidy, he was very pleasant, gave some good advice about a bay window radiator, and was happy to come back to fix any issues. I couldn’t be happier with Tom’s work.

Highly reccomended. Tom was great from the start. He promptly provided a clear, detailed quote and I got him booked in. He arrived when he said he would and was polite. Unexpectedly, I needed some flexibility around dates for the second part of work we had already booked in, and Tom was helpful, understanding and accommodating in arranging a suitable time and date which worked for us both, without putting me to the back of the diary. I really appreciated this. Tom also took the time to talk through a couple of options I had regarding pipe routing. I appreciated him checking my thoughts on it and clarifying what I thought was best. As a result I'm very happy with the work done and would use TopGas again!

This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before. I needed urgent installation and they made the effort to fit us in as quickly as possible. Fantastic service from Vince at GC Plumbing in surbiton. He responded to my call quickly and arrived when he said he would. Vince showed up to help me on a leak at my house. He had came over to diagnose the problem and give a quote but in 10 mins he had already found the problem (which was very awkward to locate given the leak was behind my bathtub and the space was very hard to reach) - wiggled his hands to undo the faulty isolation valve and replace it. I was very impressed and feel confident recommending Vince to others!!!

I have known Vince for more than a year now. Very professional and accommodating. I had to reschedule a few times due to issues at home and he never complained. Worked through all the issues that came up and did not change the price quoted. I thought he should have. Worked through difficult conditions and did some extra stuff I needed as well. All in all a top man really. Replaced my gas hob, Replaced my extractor fan and Serviced my boiler. Will definitely recommend.

An excellent service, start to finish. All the customer service reps in the office were helpful and informative, and when the job had to be delayed, even kindly suggested another firm in the area. I'm glad I waited the extra day or two, though, as the plumber who came to do the work (thanks, Justin!) was extraordinarily nice, did the work quickly and efficiently, and even gave me a plumbing lesson as he went so I know what I can do in the future.
