The shock of finding our boiler was 16 years old and leaking gas, was outweighed by getting a nice new Worcester boiler and on 0% interest payments over 3 years in affordable monthly installments. All done within a couple of days including flushing the system. Highly recommend. Great service guys!

Transgas removed a back boiler and installed a new gas boiler for me last year. They were the only company that wanted to tackle the task which was a relief as as soon as John came over to make a quote I felt in safe hands. The installation team were super friendly and I appreciated the text updates as to when they would be arriving. The boiler was serviced today. Again, another very friendly engineer! Gary was quick, helpful and great company for my cat! Would certainly reccomend Transgas!

Excellent, got a new boiler at a new site and the guys and the end product were all great. New boiler purrs quietly away like a contented cat. Price was also very reasonable indeed, about 40% less than the one other quote I got. Would of course re-hire.

Counting my lucky stars! Tom had same day availability for fixing my failed, leaking DIY attempt at an old radiator repair (I broke it so much it needed replacing). We highly recommend Tom at T Gas. He fixed our broken hot water and central heating and carried out a full service on our boiler (which unbeknownst to us had not been properly serviced for years). He also located a leak we had been unaware of that had been going on for some time. We were very grateful for how quickly he was able to fix the problem. Tom is great at giving updates on the job and is polite, friendly and efficient. He left everything clean and tidy and was a big hit with our two small children too! I got a plumbing problem with my water heater. Our technician, Jordan, arrived on time and fixed a hot water issue in minutes. Jordan's mission today was to diagnose the point of leakage, which had been causing our shower to be cold. He was friendly and professional. We are now on our way to taking hot showers!

Our good old boiler finally broke down earlier this month. Andi came on the same day, listened to our thoughts about new boiler and helped us to make an informed decision. He and his colleague completed the removal of old boiler and installation of the new one in one day and even helped us to fix one other unrelated thing on the same day. Sorted out the warranty, installed new carbon dioxide alarm that we bought separately from B&Q (old one expired). Good service, friendly, polite, flexible to listen, discuss options and suggest solutions, well organised and cleaned up upon completion of the job. Costwise, not cheap but definitely reasonable by London standards (based on Which? and other information googled). We paid upfront for the boiler and then for installation upon completion. Bottomline: happy with the service and happy to recommend.

I have known Vince for more than a year now. Very professional and accommodating. I had to reschedule a few times due to issues at home and he never complained. Worked through all the issues that came up and did not change the price quoted. I thought he should have. Worked through difficult conditions and did some extra stuff I needed as well. Vince showed up to help me on a leak at my house. He had came over to diagnose the problem and give a quote but in 10 mins he had already found the problem (which was very awkward to locate given the leak was behind my bathtub and the space was very hard to reach) - wiggled his hands to undo the faulty isolation valve and replace it. I was very impressed and feel confident recommending Vince to others!!!

This is the second time I’ve used Riverside Property Services & Construction, the first time was nearly 10 years ago for the same reason. Alex is always professional, courteous and efficient. He came to fit a new pump to a newly installed bath and noticed that the bath had not been fitted correctly and was leaking. He provided recommendations and was able to both fit the pump and fix the leak. This saved me a lot of time, money, and grief in the long run. He did all this whilst having to deal with my overbearing tenant hanging over his shoulder. Great job Alex, highly recommended!

Riverside have just finished a project on our flat. It required a complete strip-down (to the brick) of all rooms, bathroom, toilet, plumbing, electricity, etc. Effectively they were rebuilding everything but the kitchen from scratch. Alex was very thorough starting from understanding our needs, budgets, advising courteously when we were unsure. Once the quote and timings were agreed, Alex and his team worked well within the agreed schedule and often completed stages ahead of time. His subcontractors were at the same high level as Alex's team, and we continued to use some of them afterwards for other jobs. The other great thing was the attention that Alex and his team put into protecting the common areas and being considerate towards neighbours. We are very happy with the work Riverside did for us and how our flat came together. Importantly, it was great to have someone like Alex managing the project - reliably, to budget, and always with positive attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had been struggling with the removal and installation of new bath taps for a couple of days, before giving up and deciding to call a professional. After a Google search, I called Ben Hunter at Plumbing For Good Ltd. Luckily Ben was able to visit the same day and after some similar struggles, he persevered and drawing on his experience, skills and using the professional tools, he was able to remove the old “limescale clogged” taps and install a new set of taps. This professional job was done with a minimum of disruption to the bathroom and in less than 2 hours. Ultimately, I was very glad I had called Ben at Plumbing For Good Ltd.
