My compliments to Dr Jag Jeer regarding the work he did on my teeth yesterday. I never expected it to make such a difference, I knew my teeth were chipped, but now they look fantastic. My daughter says he’s an artist!

Excellent care and information from Hannah and Rebecca. My family have been well looked after for 12 years now. They send me text message reminders for my appointments and the receptionist completed my insurance form. Would recommend. Press ‘like’ if my review is of benefit.

I’ve just completed my composite edge bonding experience at Kew Gardens dental with Dr Jag Jeer which has been amazing! From beginning to end I’ve received great support, advice and care which I’ve greatly appreciated as this is my first experience with composite bonding! I’m also always kindly greeted and recieve a warm welcome by the receptionist Zizelda! I would highly recommend anyone to use their survives.😊

Part 1 I fear Dentists with a passion from horrible past experiences and I mean horrible but I was educated today with a Wisdom tooth extraction! They put my anxiety at ease and before I knew, it was out! I was gobsmacked! No pun intended 😉 There professionalism is outstanding! They have made my month! ❤️Part 2 Right guys! The long and short of it! I've just come back from clubbing and the day before my wisdom tooth was extracted and I am obviously a bit tipsy! I was told by my dentist doctor at no expense that and he did emphasised no drinking, smoking and etc and I did it all and all night I was anticipating pain to ruin my whole night at any stage! This just tells me the Craftsmanship of these guys! I've been irresponsible and went against everything I was told not to do because that's me and seriously it's been 18 hours since my tooth extraction and I have no pain whatsoever this tells me how skillful and really gifted these magicians really are! I complained about the price but I was really stupid to even question it and the reason is and I'm being totally honest they really are priceless! I guarantee you that they have really proved a point that in my opinion they're shiphot not like most hedgefund Dentists who couldn't give a flying fook! Thank you guys! It's nice having a nutter reviewing for a change! I must emphasise that this is a unbiased review! I'm pondering how many are going to laugh over this review but don't forget that drink always extracts the truth! Joking aside I really promise you that these guys basically are the best! X

I found South Ealing Dental Practice online when looking for a hygienist appointment, booked in with Aayush Baidar!! He is the best I’ve ever been too and puts you at ease for those who are nervous, which I am. I felt so at ease with him, i asked about orthodontic treatment, he told me his colleagues at the practice were great and I should speak to them. When leaving the practice, the lovely receptionist seconded his sentiments, I went home and shortly thereafter made an appointment to see the orthodontist. The check up, braces consultation was fine but where things started not to go so right was signing the finance plan. The orthodontist did not ask me what payment term I would like, I was just handed a form at reception to sign (it was for 12 months). I didn’t say anything, I wanted a shorter payment term - I merely asked if I could overpay each month, she confirmed that was fine. So I signed. The first month came, I paid, but after the appointment when rebooking the next appointment at reception I was asked for payment. I was confused as I had already made a payment earlier in the same month, so I spoke to the dentist he said I needed to pay after each appointment. I countered said I thought I needed to pay once each month, he said no “I said after the appointment”. This was not what I signed or recalled, I felt humiliated and made to feel like a cheat. I had just fixed my braces, so felt anxious this was the start of a long journey. So the next few months I was making monthly payments between 2/4 times more than required. However, again after my most recent appointment the (lovely) receptionist asked me for payment of the remaining balance on my account, bear in mind I started treatment in June 2024 and signed a 12minth payment plan and have under 30% remaining to pay! I actually thought she was joking, she then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t (the last payment I made was 2 weeks before for x2 the required amount). I then continued to laugh and said the dentist must be joking, I’m way ahead on my 12 month payment plan. She advised this was the note he sent. I am not sure why the practice offers a finance plan but then demands more payment. This really needs to stop, it causes a lot of embarrassment. Regrading the actual service, the hygienist and receptionist are absolutely lovely and were right - I cannot fault the dental service I have received. But he needs to improve on communicating the clinics expectation to patients and understand what has been offered and signed.

I’ve seen Dr Malik twice now for treatment and both times she has been fantastic. She instantly calmed any nerves that I had and took care during the appointments to make sure I was comfortable. I never thought I’d be leaving the dentist with a smile on my face but she somehow even made the appointment “fun”! Truly the best dentist I’ve ever been too, I can’t recommend her enough.

Hafsa and Safa were really friendly, welcoming and made me feel really comfortable during my visit. I’ve had past experiences at other dental practices that have left me slightly apprehensive. However the manner in which I was talked to, and the way in which they answered and explained all my questions and queries was extremely reassuring. Not only was the staff amazing, but the facility was clean, and the practice was very professional. Not only am I confident for my next dental visit, I am looking forward to it.

My first hygienist appointment with Melody was rather lovely and a memorable visit. I was putting off a dentist visit after COVID-19 and she was really able to make me feel welcomed, and assured during my procedure. The attention to detail is what impressed me most, as well as her personability. I liked being told as the procedure went on what was happening, and Melody was a great person to leave in the hands of my teeth. I will sure to return, when my 6 months is due up. Highly recommend. This dental practice is amazing. From the dentists to dental nurses to the receptionists. Everyone who works here is so friendly and professional, you feel like your in good hands as soon as you walk in the door. I had orthodontic treatment from Dr Sandeep who was an excellent dentist. He was honest, realistic, knowledgeable and very skilled. I had metal fixed braces for under a year and the whole process was a very good experience. I felt at ease throughout and was very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this dental practice and particularly Dr Sandeep for orthodontic treatment. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend this dental practice. My kids have been seeing Dr.Nima Kazempour and he has been exceptional in providing them dental care. His checkups are always pleasant and he puts the kids to ease. He takes his time and you never feel rushed when seeing him. Thank you for all your help Dr.Nima. Andrew is wonderful. He is very diligent, thorough and has picked up on a couple of issues not spotted by my previous dentist. He has a great bedside manner, and leaves me feeling happy and comfortable, even when delivering bad news. He is also very gentle when cleaning and I feel minimal discomfort. Almost painless filling too - and the filling fits perfectly. Did a root canal too - 100% painless, both during the procedure and also afterwards. He seemed very skilled during the procedure. I have had dental anxiety in the past, but never with Andrew. Would highly recommend.

Andrew is an unassuming man and an ace dentist. He takes time to explain and he listens. Indeed he offers an excellent service and his fees are most reasonable, especially when compared with some Richmond dental practices. Furthermore, his support staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I have found Andrew to be a really good dentist AND a very nice guy. It's hard to trust dentists as they are all about their pockets mostly but Andrew is a genuinely nice caring guy and very professional. His practice sends reminders and is very well set up. When I am in London, he is my go-to dentist. If you want a dentist you can trust, he is your man.

I am so glad to see Dr Harleen and dental nurse lady today. Because of my previous experience in other dental practice made me extremely nervous to go to dentist. But Dr Harleen made me so relax and calm while she checking and everything went so smoothly. I’ve visited the practice a few times for different treatments and each time have received a friendly welcome by the team. Today I saw Dr Jameel to have 2 old silver fillings removed and replaced with composite filling. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless. Him and the team all had a gentle approach and explained every step of the procedure which helped ease my nerves. My new fillings blend perfectly with my teeth and I highly recommend Dr Jameel and his team. Thank you!

Fantastic and professional experience right from the get go. You walk in a get welcomed with the hugest smile from Olga, on reception which instantly eases your nerves if you’re afraid of the dentist like I am. You receive reminders via text/email of any up and coming appointments and a phone call the day before, which is brilliant if you have a busy schedule. But more to the point, the dental work is top tier. I’ve had Invisalign for around 6 months, followed by composite bonding on 8 of my teeth. Khalil performed the procedures from start to finish and everything was performed to perfection just like my new smile. I must give Oscar a mention also, as he spoke me through step by step and was most helpful on helping me make certain decisions. Banning dental are Very, very reasonably priced, to the extent I travelled way out of my home town for every visit. Money well spent I say, and I would most definitely highly recommended them. It was my first time visiting this clinic and overall experience was simply amazing! I fell yesterday and managed to break my tooth and had other issues, and got an appointment with this clinic right away. The staff was friendly, especially Ronia, Andrea and Hamid, who were super supportive and helpful, shared lots of useful and helpful information and calmed me down that everything is going to be fine! Loved the clinic itself - so clean, modern and welcoming! I have never seen a clinic like that, especially for the dentists! Thank you all for the help and to the doctor Jafar - he managed to fix my smile like nothing ever happened! :)

I'm really happy with the whole team at Banning Dental Brentford. If I could give them more stars, I definitely would. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by the pleasant and helpful reception staff who carry them self's in a nice professional manner. The branch manager was very pleasant and nice to work with. The doctors and support staff that delivered my all on four upper and lower treatment Are just brilliant. The end result was truly amazing. I’ve always been nervous of the dentist and as such, I ended up being forced into an emergency appointment situation! I read through Google reviews of local dentists and decided to use Dickens Yard based on their rating. I can honestly say my phobia has completely vanished. I’ve had extensive work carried out over the last few months and think nothing of going in now. Sahil (my dentist) and Colin (my hygienist) are both lovely and made me feel completely at ease. They are both thorough and explain everything in detail to ensure you know exactly what is going on - I can’t thank them enough and have definitely found my go to dentist practice!

I'm new to this practice, and so far, my experience has been great. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Had a fantastic consultation with Daniel, who made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was given lots of options and plenty of time to think about what I wanted to do going forward. I really like the fact that they seem to be as uninvasive as possible while still being thorough with your health and well-being as the main concern. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I had a fantastic experience with Colin, the hygienist - he was incredibly thorough, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I've been seeing Colin for over 14 months now, and thanks to his exceptional care, my gum disease has improved massively. He explains everything clearly and does an amazing job! Vanesa at reception was equally outstanding. She was welcoming, and efficient, ensuring the check-in and scheduling process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this team to anyone!

As someone who has a severe phobia of visiting the dentist I have to say that dentist is exceptional. They have been understanding, patient and professional, which has allowed me to now regularly visit the dentist and my anxiety is less on each visit. My elderly mother of 96yrs recently visited Shades, Dr Hudda for some new false teeth. Reception staff also helpful as mum has a mobility issue. Hudda explained the entire process and told us what to expect. Mother is so happy with her replacement dentures, such a good and comfortable fit. Cannot recommend Shades Clinic highly enough.
