I’ve been using services from On Point Plumbing for the last two years to service my boiler, and they’ve consistently provided excellent service. Jac is a highly professional, competent and reliable plumber. In the past he had installed a gas boiler and hot water cylinder for me. Great service. They were initial subcontracted as part of a building project to move a boiler, but I actually got them to re do the whole heating and hot water system! And then got them back this week to put in a new shower unit above the bath. So would 100% recommend to others. Straight talking, hard working, high quality professionals - so probably not the cheapest you can find but definitely competitive pricing.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I called yesterday. Spoke with Baki, and told him that our radiators weren't working. He came over within the hour to have a look. Tinkered with our boiler, gave us a diagnosis. This (freezing cold) morning I woke up turned on the heating and we have working radiators. Baki also mentioned that we *need* to flush out our system which we call him to do in the new year. Kevin is courteous, punctual and very efficient. He has come out to check our faulty boiler on several occasions . Within hours of calling him, Kevin inspected the faulty boiler and had identified the issue. He replaced the boiler within 24 hours and worked tirelessly to ensure we had hot water within the day. We urgently needed plumbers as two toilets in the house stopped working. Must say there’s a very complicated pipeline in the house. I called Samuel around noon and he was already at my house in the afternoon. I had a clogged drain and after waiting several days for an appointment with another plumber, he did not show up at the appointed time, and I called Samuel. He was very kind on the phone and very friendly and polite in person, and along with the man who came with him, they tried various options and a fairly serious problem was successfully resolved through their efforts. I would recommend them to everyone around me.
