Had Dave from absolute plumbing come this morning to look at a radiator that needed to be put back on its brackets that had fallen loose. He fixed the issue quickly and efficiently including going to get materials from the local timber merchant. He also looked more generally at our heating/ hot water systems and gave some helpful suggestions. Top bloke- cheers!

John fitted a boiler for me in my rental property in Clapham. My tenants had just had a baby, and we needed it done urgent as they were without heating or hot water. He was very kind and fitted for us in the evening as we couldn't find anyone to do it with short notice during normal working hours. He was fast efficient and still only charged me normal daytime rates. To top it all off, He is a very nice person. Can't recommend John, Simon, and Smyth Plumbing enough. Will definitely use for any future needs.

Needed a boiler replaced urgently (leaking and not providing hot water). The guys at Pulse were excellent - came and surveyed gave me good advice and steered me away from some more expensive options to a cost effective solution. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!

Colin and his son were great. Very friendly and professional. They replaced our boiler and sorted out the plumbing and installed new radiators. It was all done very quick, they were clean and tidy and the pipe work was very neat and top spec. Highly recommended.

Colin came to the rescue of my 83 year old mother who had repeated problems with no hot water or heating. In total, six British Gas engineers failed to find the problem and Colin in his first visit worked it out. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He was professional, through and extremely respectful of my elderly mother. A very friendly, efficient plumber/ heating specialist.

Here's a man who absolutely loves his craft, and gives clients a bit more than a job well done. He gives you a touch of class. I recently hired C.W. Services to do my bathroom. Heat Plex have done an outstanding job. I have had a major leak that has accumulated over years resulting in the ceiling and walls caving in, rot and mould. The team did a brilliant job, obviously sorted it all, all the time being very communicative, updating me along the way, collaboratively working with me with any issues and relevant work. The experience with HeatPlex was very good. The engineer arrived on time and was very efficient. We discussed a number of points about the boiler and highlighted some things that will need to be done by me. He was very professional. A small but very important point, he took his shoes off at the door unprompted (we’re a shoe free house) which I thought showed great respect.

I've been going to Heat Plex for all my boiler repairs and servicing for over six years and would use no one else now. Joe and the team are communicative, considerate, clear, and hard-working, and generally nice to have about the place! And the pricing is very fair. I rarely give a review but on this occasion, I'm giving WPJ a thumbs up. Ross and the trainee apprentice turned up on time with all the parts needed to carry out the repair. The repair was carried in a timely manner and the necessary checks done after. The pricing for the job was reasonable.

Fantastic experience. They were able to get an engineer out quickly who sorted a plumbing issue out within an hour of arriving and at the quoted price. Lee was so helpful over the phone when I called on a Sunday evening about my boiler. He talked me through the potential issues & advised me to increase the pressure on my boiler myself instead of getting a call out. Fantastic job done replacing a corner thermostatic shower and a heated towel rail. Got the job arranged easily and quickly (Lee’s communication was great), and Ali did a great job installing the items. I particularly appreciated how he found solutions to tricky installation points (such as pipes not being aligned). I’ll definitely be using them again!
