My issue was a Iosted key for a heavy duty steering wheel locker, the man had to remove the locker for me to be able to drive the car! Very good job! Highly recommended! Forgotten to mention that I have called them on Sunday early in the morning 7:45 and 9:00 the man was there already! 24 hrs which is really good 👍

They were fabulous! I messaged and arranged for them to come the next day with the price being transparent throughout which is always appreciated. They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. I was kept up to date on arrival time and it was a seamless process from there. They were efficient and quick! Would highly recommend!

The guy who came same day diagnoses a problem the AA and a garage couldn’t solve (ignition switch and key issue). He worked on it quickly and explained this issue well. Was honest about the other issues I might face with the car going forward. Price was good. Really recommend.

1st class service, rang the shop, told me to drop round, no wait. Set me up with a new remote key in less than 20 mins, very reasonably priced, walked out with a working remote. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere, this place is excellent.

We were stranded in Newcastle airport after a holiday rang matt and it was almost his closing time actually he was on his way home but said he would come. No messing about came to the airport carpark had us sorted out in 20 mins for a reasonable price. Definatley recommend his service

For a fifth time, I been rescued by Matti this time in the middle of the night, from the middle of nowhere. Yesterday late evening I went to collect very rare vintage vehicle that been sold to private buyer, to be delivered first thing in the morning. I’ve stopped for a little rest on fires parking lot. I got out the car to stretch my legs.I’ve had three sets of keys, all zipped on one tag. When I’ve returned to the car I’ve realised I haven’t got the keys. I’ve searched all area and nothing, so I’ve decided to ring Matti for help ,I’m guessing about 2.00am. One hour later I was back in the road with thee new sets of keys. He came made keys on side. As usual fantastic service, perfect quick k job, top quality, at unbeatable price, without any hidden or extra charges. What else in that situation anyone could wish??? Amazing service, I was locked out of my flat as I forgot my keys inside and he arrived within 35 minutes of my call. My door had a high security lock that was tricky to work with, he suggested opening through the letterbox and even though there was significant distance between the letterbox and the lock, he kept trying until he figured it out to avoid drilling and damaging my existing lock. Also a great guy with amazing attitude throughout. 100% my go to locksmiths going forward.

The team at junction response are brilliant! We were locked out of our flat out of hours in the evening. Our initial contact was with Jay, he was very helpful and understanding when we were rather frustrated at the situation. His colleague Ali attended with the time frame Jay had said. Very fast service, text message response when there was no answer when calling which I thought was a great idea! I rang after 9am and the job was completed by 12.30! I could not be happier with the fast service to my door. I paid by card via app which saved me walking to a cash point. Very friendly staff and I’m very pleased with the service as well as the result! New keys, my car turns on and my central locking works again whoop whoop!
