I contacted Anne around 6 months before the GCSE exams. Anne gladly accommodated my twin daughters together in one session and nearer to exam time, at our request, individually. Both my girls lacked confidence in Maths and needed a boost to help improve their borderline grades. Anne worked solidly with the girls each session, and they quickly enjoyed attending, working on specific areas of difficulties and then past exam papers. Never once did my girls complain about their lessons with Anne which was such an improvement on their views about school lessons. They found her supportive, engaging and above all humorous! Alison at Jurassic Coast Tutoring was just brilliant. It was a last minute request for tutoring only 10 weeks before her exams and Alison managed to fit my daughter in at a suitable time. I had never heard of 11 plus before speaking to a very friendly gentleman named Peter. My son gets extremely anxious around change and wanted to sit the 11 plus but was late to the party. He ended up doing the mock exams and intense workshops during the summer. He sat the 11 plus and achieved a high enough score to apply for both schools. Now I can honestly say he would not have even completed the exam had it not been for Pete and Franny. They didn’t just put me at ease but more importantly my son felt comfortable and at ease. I thought it was going to be hard to get him to go and learn in the summer but he enjoyed it and the way it was all taught. We are very happy with the tuition our daughter got from Richard last year. His lessons are tailored to every child's need; increasing in difficulty as the child progresses. Richard will spend extra time with a particular child if he/she needs extra help.
