Our Son originally started a year ago (yr 3) to assist with his handwriting but he also has an appetite for learning, especially maths. He went from 'needing improvement' with his handwriting to becoming first in his class to receive a pen licence :-). He still attends weekly as he enjoys coming here and its a great way to stay on top of his learning getting that one on one time that schools just simply cannot provide. I highly recommend I Love to Learn, they work well with the children and keep you constantly updated with their progress which was just what I was looking for.

Our son has improved in such a rapid time that one can not but be impressed by the efficacy of their teachings. After receiving son's annual school report we became the happiest parents ever. One of the most valuable decision we made choosing I love to Learn Team. We're grateful.

I highly recommend Love to Learn. Two of my children are receiving maths tuition once a week and have just completed the first term. The goal was for our children to start senior school with as much confidence as possible with their maths skills so they never felt behind others making this transition in their schooling. Howard carried out a rigorous initial assessment to ascertain their starting points, from which the excellent tutor (Grazia) planned a programme to support them specifically at their level. I'm very pleased that after their first session both our children said it was very worthwhile and enjoyable - I didn't anticipate this so was thrilled it was the case. Our children quickly developed their skills and confidence and as a result, achieved very well in their two first term assessments. This was a good confidence boost and has placed them in a good maths set. The tutoring is helpful, supportive, but also challenging which is essential for the children to achieve rapid progress. Love to Learn comes highly recommended.

Fantastic tutor. My daughter is quite shy and has always struggled with maths as she is dyslexic. Yasmine really managed to bond with her and my daughter always came out smiling after her session with Yaz. Adam was a very good driving instructor he always made me laugh during lessons and over the months i drove with him he made sure my driving was absolutely perfect. when my driving test got cancelled he hunted down a new one for me so i didn’t have to wait an extra 2 months which i was very grateful for!!

I was lucky to have such a good driving instructor, Karen's calmness, kindness and patience made it a pleasure to learn how to drive with her. She was able to pinpoint and clearly explain what my weaknesses were. We worked on them step by step each lesson until we both felt I was a safe and confident driver ready to take my test. Karen's attention to detail and preparation allowed me to pass the driving test first time. Karen from Independent Driving School has been my instructor for the past year and I’m pleased to say I passed my exam first time today. When I was anxious she would teach me how to over come my fears and be confident on the road.I will forever be grateful for her patience with me. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

I choose Independent Driving because it had great reviews and friendly looking instructors. My instructor was Hamish and from first meet we got along well. He is very patient and clear his instructions. Along side learning to drive automatic, there was great conversation which made lessons not scary but enjoyable. We are very happy with the tuition our daughter got from Richard last year. His lessons are tailored to every child's need; increasing in difficulty as the child progresses. Richard will spend extra time with a particular child if he/she needs extra help. Towards the end, the homework our daughter would get from Richard got harder, therefore our daughter found grammar school test not as hard and passed it easily. When our other daughter and son are old enough, we would happily send them to Richard for extra tuition. Linda and Alfred.

Our son was struggling with maths at school and it was just a few months before his GCSE's when we decided to send him to 'I love to learn' (as recommended by a friend) I had concerns that we'd left it too late, but thanks to Howard and his team, our son quickly gained confidence in areas of maths he'd previously given up on at school. The one to one sessions he received were extremely effective and he progressed well in a short space of time, and managed to pass his Maths GCSE! Next step tutors have been phenomenal for my son and prepared him greatly for the 11+. Eshan has gone for days talking about how magnificent Sarah has been for him so far. Sarah has covered and made sure my son was secure for the test date. These lessons have been astonishingly great for my son and has helped him with so much, especially with areas he used to find difficult. Whatever his results are, he will continue his lessons with Next Step, because he knows he will be taught so much more in the future. I know for sure they put their best effort into these lessons to prepare children. Many tutors have been with my son, but this one stood out with the high quality lessons. They have patience and are calm through every lesson, I don’t normally write reviews : but Next step Tutors deserve more recognition just because of their amazing behaviour and love for children. They push everyone so far for outstanding results. Great work!

Next steps are a great organisation. Always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Hilary George is a fantastic teacher, always happy, cheerful and encouraging to students. Her teaching techniques are informative but given in a fun way that helps students learn. I would definitely recommend her.

I can't recommend Andrew from next steps tutors enough. He has been fantastic with our son supporting him with his maths. He is enthusiastic makes it fun and adapts to my child's learning needs,finding ways to fit his learning style and giving him so much confidence in his ability..

My daughter was referred to Next Steps, I have to admit her education has improved alot since her referral. The guys there are absolutely great, they deliver tuitions in a personalised manner, very understanding and patient. They show so much more care, understanding and patience than my daughters main stream school. Lesson reports are made and sent to you rather quickly. Very approachable. Highly recommended.

Tom helped me so much when it came to understanding the true depth to biology as a subject . He is a very supportive and kind teacher who helped me to not only gain knowledge , but also enjoy studying biology. I had a great experience being one of his students and I improved immensely due to his guidance.

I would like to thank Tom for all the support he gave me during my A level Biology course. I achieved an A in my A level Biology exam. The A level Biology group lessons were very informative. Along with the information provided in the lesson, Tom used active recall to test us on our knowledge and engaged us in the lesson which deepened my understanding and retention of A level Biology concepts. Furthermore, when we answered long question types we would use an interactive whiteboard to answer the questions, and he would regularly check our work and provide areas of improvement for our answers. Gisele has taught my daughter French GCSE since Feb. We are very pleased with her French progress, she got a great mock exam result this summer, especially her oral test. Gisele is very experienced and knowledgeable. She keeps her lesson effective, engaging and fun.
