I have been going to Gisele’s lessons for a couple of months now, and have been surprised with how much I’ve been able to learn in such a short time. This is a credit to Gisèle as it is a result of her hard work and the effort she puts into lessons. I am very grateful to have been recommended Gisele as I do not think I would have been able to learn so much without her! If you are looking to improve your language skills for any reason, I highly recommend Gisele’s lessons. I must also commend her for the effort she puts in away from lessons, where she sends me links/websites etc which will help me improve my language abilities. Ultimately been an amazing experience with an amazing teacher!!

Really enjoy my lessons with Gisèle! She's very kind and patient, and she always tailors my lessons to make sure they’re relevant to my needs. As well as sharing books with me, she always recommends websites, podcasts, videos and films that I can use to improve. I’ve always been a timid French speaker and she’s very encouraging, which has made me feel more confident when I’m speaking or writing French. She’s also such a lovely woman to have a conversation with. Highly recommend!

Gisele has taught my daughter French GCSE since Feb. We are very pleased with her French progress, she got a great mock exam result this summer, especially her oral test. Gisele is very experienced and knowledgeable. She keeps her lesson effective, engaging and fun. Gisele shared the lesson plan before the session, so my girl could prepare in advance, and stay focused during the face-to-face session. Gisele also shares lots of extra learning resources and marks her homework whenever needed. She also keeps us informed about my girl’s progress, so we know how to provide additional support. Gisele is a such patient and lovely lady, not only helps my girl French learning, also how to be organized with more efficient study skills. Thanks Gisele Peg xx

Gisèle for the last 8 months has been supporting my husband and I to learn French. We have enjoyed every lesson that we have had with her, she is very relaxed and has tailored each lesson to suit our needs and interests. She is understanding of our levels and has enabled us to both improve and learn French ready for our holiday and future plans/careers. We would highly recommend A Helping Hand Tutor group. Yasmine helped my son with GCSE Maths and English. He gained in confidence so quickly and actually started to enjoy learning as Yasmine broke down and explained the processes so well, at a pace specifically tailored to him. Yasmine went above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely use her again!

My daughter was struggling with maths on the run up to her GCSE exams …after starting tuition with Yasmin her confidence went from strength to strength . Yasmin gave kitty the confidence to believe in herself and for once actually enjoy maths . The transformation was remarkable and I will be forever grateful to Yasmin . Kitty thoroughly enjoyed each session she had , was always willing and eager for her lesson and was always bursting with confidence and eager to tell me what she had learned . Fantastic tutor. My daughter is quite shy and has always struggled with maths as she is dyslexic. Yasmine really managed to bond with her and my daughter always came out smiling after her session with Yaz. We have had Yasmine all the way through my daughters gcse yrs and it really made her more confident in maths and I think she enjoyed the subject much more with the extra help from Yasmine. Still awaiting results, but mocs went well so I have no doubts about my daughter not passing, so Thankyou very much Yasmine. I would completely recommend.

I highly recommend Love to Learn. Two of my children are receiving maths tuition once a week and have just completed the first term. The goal was for our children to start senior school with as much confidence as possible with their maths skills so they never felt behind others making this transition in their schooling. Howard carried out a rigorous initial assessment to ascertain their starting points, from which the excellent tutor (Grazia) planned a programme to support them specifically at their level. I'm very pleased that after their first session both our children said it was very worthwhile and enjoyable - I didn't anticipate this so was thrilled it was the case. Our children quickly developed their skills and confidence and as a result, achieved very well in their two first term assessments. This was a good confidence boost and has placed them in a good maths set. The tutoring is helpful, supportive, but also challenging which is essential for the children to achieve rapid progress. Love to Learn comes highly recommended.

I took my 5 year old daughter here for a free assessment following her end of year school report. My husband and I were very pleased that we were given honest feedback by Howard, who was thorough and professional. We were dubious as to whether or not our daughter’s abilities might be played down to encourage us to pay for future sessions, but I am delighted that this was not the case at all. We really appreciated this honesty, and I would absolutely recommend the free assessment to get objective feedback on how your child is performing academically. I would definitely use I Love to Learn for any future tutoring for my daughter.

Our Son originally started a year ago (yr 3) to assist with his handwriting but he also has an appetite for learning, especially maths. He went from 'needing improvement' with his handwriting to becoming first in his class to receive a pen licence :-). He still attends weekly as he enjoys coming here and its a great way to stay on top of his learning getting that one on one time that schools just simply cannot provide. I highly recommend I Love to Learn, they work well with the children and keep you constantly updated with their progress which was just what I was looking for.

I would like to thank Tom for all the support he gave me during my A level Biology course. I achieved an A in my A level Biology exam. The A level Biology group lessons were very informative. Along with the information provided in the lesson, Tom used active recall to test us on our knowledge and engaged us in the lesson which deepened my understanding and retention of A level Biology concepts. Furthermore, when we answered long question types we would use an interactive whiteboard to answer the questions, and he would regularly check our work and provide areas of improvement for our answers. Both of my daughters have had science tuition with The Academic Coach for their A-level Chemistry and Biology. I would highly recommend them for anyone needed some extra support. It has covered some areas missed by their teachers and given them lots more confidence in their exams.

RiversMeet have put a lot of effort into improving the facilities, not only did the gym get a face lift, but a remodel of upstairs has provided two studios. All the fitness classes are running on a full capacity schedule. The spinning room has received a make over and improved cycles and the classes themed to make them more accessible.

This is the first time we try Explore Learning Bournemouth. Overall helpful and friendly team and my child loves the sessions. They have a good overall map for the national curriculum. If your child is ok to work in open areas with other children they will enjoy the session.
