RiversMeet have put a lot of effort into improving the facilities, not only did the gym get a face lift, but a remodel of upstairs has provided two studios. All the fitness classes are running on a full capacity schedule. The spinning room has received a make over and improved cycles and the classes themed to make them more accessible.

Joined Angie's spin class this morning (Sunday 9.15 am) - no flashing lights or booming music, just a really good, calm workout - perfect for a Sunday morning! Then straight into her Yogalates class after at 10.30 which is a great combination, thoroughly recommend!!
