We commissioned Woodshop 51 to a create a counter top board out of some remaining oak work top. They took lots of care to create a board that would cater to our everyday use, including thoughtful details such as an outer groove, curved edges and little feet to protect our work top. The craftsmanship is beautiful. We'll definitely be stocking up for Christmas.

We got recommended to Thorpe Carpentry to fit our new kitchen and his work was so good, that I also commissioned him to build my garden bar. He also made a stunning job of that too, so would highly recommend.

Lewis came at very short notice to sort out a door that wouldn't close properly. He was on time and carried out the work quickly and left everything tidy. Definitely got his details saved for the future.

Thorpe carpentry has been involved with a number of carpentry projects on our house including fitting our kitchen, cladding the outside of our house and building a garden room. Daniel was brought in to fit my kitchen, he arrived promptly every day, the work area was left spotless at the end of everyday, any questions or query’s I had were answered and dealt with, I did not need to get involved with anything which was great! The kitchen was fitted to an impeccable standard and at a fair price. Any changes that I requested were made without hesitation. Top quality bloke who knows what he is doing, I would recommend him to everyone.

We brought Danny in to sort out our under stairs area and turn it into useful and usable space, as well as boxing in the boiler and pipework in our utility room. Danny is a professional who obviously cares about providing customers with a top quality finish. He was courteous, respected our home, making sure he kept it clean and tidy throughout. There were a couple of minor niggles with the drawer closers, and Danny didn't try to shy away from these, sorting them out before requesting payment for the work. A top guy and we would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

After a flood we used max Baggley plastering & decorating to replace the ceilings re plaster and decorate afterwards - some of the works whilst the office was still open and operating. They did a great job was very flexible working alongside us and rates were better than other quotes received, we will definitely use in future for other works when it comes up.

Having been let down by others and on a critical timeline to complete my project I found Bens details and contacted him as he was local & explained the situation. We are so happy with our bespoke chimney breast that Ben built for us. He knew exactly what we wanted and he really delivered. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He sourced the materials so that we could have the rustic look we wanted and the results are amazing. I would definitely recommend Ben. In fact, we have more jobs lined up for him.
