We are so happy with our bespoke chimney breast that Ben built for us. He knew exactly what we wanted and he really delivered. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He sourced the materials so that we could have the rustic look we wanted and the results are amazing. I would definitely recommend Ben. In fact, we have more jobs lined up for him.

What can I say, Ben is breath of fresh air in the construction industry. Having been let down by others and on a critical timeline to complete my project I found Bens details and contacted him as he was local & explained the situation. Ben said he would look at what he could to help and juggle his workload and would get back to me later that day & he actually did! Agreed a date, agreed a price. He turned up on the agreed day and even had the decency to call and say he was running a little late. He came in did the work to a fantastic standard, worked flat out, cleaned up after himself & was polite & professional at all times. Broadoak Joinery recently made me a new timber front door to match as near as possible to my old 1930s front door. The whole experience from start to finish was a good one. The door they made was excellent and they also did a really good job of fitting it. I've used other joinery's in the past and I honestly don't think you could find a better one than this one. I highly recommended them.

Jody and his team did a fantastic job at our house. He was fast and efficient but taking the time to help us and guide us with making decisions. He came in on budget and on time and the finish was to an extremely high standard. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

JMT completed renovating our kitchen 5 weeks ago. This included removal of internal wall between old kitchen and dining room and blocking up the old external kitchen door. All work (kitchen installation, plumbing, electrics, plastering, flooring, decorating) was completed on time and on budget. We aren't builders and have never done anything like this before. From our initial queries to the final building control sign off Jody was approachable as and when required. The whole team were experienced in their professions and we haven't got any complaints about their workmanship. We would definitely recommend Jody and his team.

We had Jody and his team do a knock-through and extension at the rear of our house. We designed the project and planned for parts of it to be done by my husband, which Jody was able to accommodate really easily, working well with my husband and fitting in with our time scale. They were so easy to work with. The whole team were friendly and professional throughout. Jody's communication was great, he was always happy to answer questions and responded promptly. My husband is a joiner and he was very impressed with all the carpentry. It was very rainy (wettest February on record!) but that didn't stop them; the team worked really hard and still achieved everything on time and in budget. We were so impressed with the rate of progress and many of our neighbours kept saying how well they were getting on despite the conditions! We are really happy with the result and now have a lovely large kitchen diner for our whole family to enjoy. We would highly recommend JMT Wood Build to anyone. We wouldn’t ask anyone else ☺️ We’ve had Sean do our fitted wardrobes,, fit new doors on existing cupboards, make shelf’s in a cupboard and fit our kitchen. Sean is amazing, professional, a perfectionist,realible and always thinks outside the box for new ideas you haven’t thought of.

We have used Sean's services a number of times. The biggest job was the complete redesign and renovation of our bedroom and ensuite. The quality of Sean's work is excellent and he has a flare for design. He even met me to help me select flooring and tiles which was really helpful. We were so pleased with the end result. We won't hesitate to use him again.

Every room of our house has Sean’s magical touch in it somewhere. Jobs that you can’t fix with off the shelf DIY, this guy will prove to you why it should be done by someone who is great at what they do. Precise perfectionist! Sean takes a normal carpentry job and makes it his own for his clients. Little tweaks, attention to detail, clean and tidy workmanship and never once has he failed to deliver over and above what we’ve expected.

We used Sean to fit our kitchen. Great workmanship, attention to detail is second to none. We had the wrong size door sent from our suppliers, we didn't have time to have a new one sent out so Sean cut it down to size and made it work, you would never know.
