Martin's carpentry skills & general work is outstanding. We have had numerous jobs undertaken and Martin always completes the tasks to a high standard in good time from carpentry to roofing work, decorating, making window sills and bespoke pieces etc A great all rounder - highly recommended.

Martin recently removed a supporting wall and undertook its making good to enable the extension of our kitchen area. All the work was completed in line with our wishes. He worked tidily, and demonstrated thoughtfulness, care and attention to detail in all that he did. Importantly for us the work was completed in the time frame that was agreed. We could not be happier, so much so that Martin is going to undertake a larger piece work in another part of the house for us shortly.

Martin remodelled the downstairs of our house to create and additional bedroom. We are thrilled with the quality of the results. Martin is open and honest about costs, he is easy to contact and has a great work ethic. Definitely recommend.

Oly fitted cupboards in our kitchen, office and living room which all look brilliant. He made them in three different styles and was able to accommodate all our requests, even as we kept changing them. On top of that, he is very friendly and good to chat with. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ben came to fix two doors which were not closing properly and a large headboard which had come off the wall. This was not a major job for him but he was efficient and did an excellent job. He left the rooms spotlessly clean and was a really nice person to deal with.

What can I say, Ben is breath of fresh air in the construction industry. Having been let down by others and on a critical timeline to complete my project I found Bens details and contacted him as he was local & explained the situation. Ben said he would look at what he could to help and juggle his workload and would get back to me later that day & he actually did! Agreed a date, agreed a price. He turned up on the agreed day and even had the decency to call and say he was running a little late. He came in did the work to a fantastic standard, worked flat out, cleaned up after himself & was polite & professional at all times. Ben was fantastic. We sent a rough drawing of the bookcase we wanted and photos of the room, Ben came round to take measurements and sent through a quote within a few days. Ben was incredibly respectful of our home and despite the type of work, at the end of every day the room was very clean and tidy. The job took at few days and the craftsmanship/precision was perfect. The outcome is better than we had hoped and we receive compliments anytime anyone new comes to visit.

Every room of our house has Sean’s magical touch in it somewhere. Jobs that you can’t fix with off the shelf DIY, this guy will prove to you why it should be done by someone who is great at what they do. Precise perfectionist! Sean takes a normal carpentry job and makes it his own for his clients. Little tweaks, attention to detail, clean and tidy workmanship and never once has he failed to deliver over and above what we’ve expected.

We have used Sean's services a number of times. The biggest job was the complete redesign and renovation of our bedroom and ensuite. The quality of Sean's work is excellent and he has a flare for design. He even met me to help me select flooring and tiles which was really helpful. We were so pleased with the end result. Matt is one of the best, experienced carpenter's I've worked along side. Genuine and clued up on all aspects of carpentry.

We have used Archer Carpentry for roof line changes and to fit our Handmade Kitchens of Christchurch kitchen. On both occasions Matt and his team were polite, on time, well organised and very quick and tidy. If there were any unexpected glitches Matt found a solution and fixed it without drama. I felt they were very fairly priced, honest and great people to work with. I would absolutely recommend Archer Carpentry and would definitely use them again.
