Home heroes were very quick to fit me in for an initial visit to assess my problem. They did the fix as soon as they could and were very polite, tidy workers.

What can I say, great customer service - Family run business. Very knowledgeable, service and of parts, with cost. Extremely easy to get an appointment, regardless of how busy Home Heroes are, thank you. The Plumber who attended site, was easy to talk to, distilling confidence, keen to talk through what he will be doing and why. Quick repair/replacement of Shower Thermostat/Valve. Billing is so easy and reasonably priced, quick to do. I was emailed a receipt for payment, which I thoroughly appreciated. I for one, will be back and anyone reading this review who is looking for a plumber, look no further, you get what you pay for quality of service from inception to completion A***..... Ken is very knowledgeable, competent and committed to providing a very high standard of workmanship. He is also honest and transparent in all his communications, which helps create a strong sense of trust and peace of mind. He is probably the best gas engineer I came across and I would certainly use him again in the future.

I can recommend this company 100%. Kenny is a real expert at both plumbing and (complex) Wifi-based smart heating systems. He fixed my Genius Smart Heating system on two occasions now and got it working when no-one else could. He will go the extra mile for you and is very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend.

Dan has recently finished a complete bathroom re-fit for us. Work done very competently with every consideration of how we wished it to look. He worked very hard and within time-frame given. A very busy man and highly recommended!

Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. He’s a really friendly guy and explained what he was doing as he did it so we knew what was happening. Very grateful to him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again!!

Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Completed job 2 working days later and has done a really neat job. Nice guy to deal with and left everything clean and tidy. Will defo use again when needed.

I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Was hassle free and he didn’t even eat all the biscuits I left out for him. I haven’t had my bill yet but I’m sure it will be reasonable and I will pay it promptly. Thanks to the whole team.

An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! I have been messed around by two other companies who didn’t even ask the basic questions that Huw did. I chose the coldest week of the year to book a new boiler, but PSP Plumbing & Bathrooms completed the job efficiently & as swiftly as possible. My existing plumbing threw up a couple of problems which were dealt with in a professional way with no inconvenience to me. My house is now lovely & warm. I took the opportunity to have a new shower head fitted too & I'm extremely pleased with it

Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. Highly recommended, and we'll be using him again.

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.

MK Plumbing & Heating did a great job replacing my old boiler that was 15 years old. They put in a new Glow Worm boiler for me and I'm really happy with it. They gave me the best price out of all the quotes I got and they were super professional. They did the work neatly and didn't leave any mess.
